Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA glow face wash daily Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Dear friend, please start taking balance diet and a lot of water daily. Make a time table for your break fast, lunch and dinner. Add some, salads, fresh fruit, milk in your diet. Also start some physical exercise like running etc. Tell your progress after one month to guide further.

Maybe your natural structure is slim. But you can try. Ashvagandha kshirpak with sunthi churna and cow ghee twice a day. Use more pulses like udad. Do pranayam and suryanamaskar twice a day. Don't take junk food, oily, spicy food.

If you are overweight get your weight in normal range. Take a regular follow up with your medical specialist so that he can help you maintain your blood sugar in reasonable limits. Hi. As such there is no so-called 'Permanent Solution/ cure' for hairloss! We can only 'PREVENT' further hairloss or baldness. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

Early morning depression are supposed to be more associated with physiological conditions where medicines can be of help. However your can try some life style changes such as trying to make your mornings brisk by involving in physical exercises such as morning walks. Morning walks outside the home can also be a source of meeting people and socilizing which can help you to divert your attention from the preoccupation with your past. Your of" here and now" method to focus on your present may also be helpful. However finding solution to the problems in the current which is associated with the past can also do wonders.

Although usually not 'exactly' 180 degrees, most erect penis' aim fairly high up vertically. Don't be too concerned. As long as there's no pain in aiming it down to about 90-100 degrees, you shouldn't have a problem with performing any sexual position.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes consult physician if symptoms persist of worsen.
