Painful bleeding while passing stool is suggestive of anal fissure. Use an ointment before going to toilet, stool softner at bed time, and hot sitz bath.

Recently I underwent Ultrasound of the abdomen & Pelvis. The following are the Impression of the Report. 1. Coarse echotexture of liver 2. Prostatomegaly with 13 mm median lobe projection 3. Clinical & LFT correlation are suggested. Kindly advise.

You can take T pantop 40 mg twice daily before food for 10 days. And you can take T vizilac once daily after food. Increase intake of green leafy vegetable, more of salads, hydrate yourself well. Drink more of water, avoid oily fatty junk food. Include probiotics like curd and yogurt in diet. If it persist consult a gastroenterologist to get investigated for the same.

I am getting pain in stomach due to acidity what os the best solution for relief.
1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2.Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4.Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days

1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and Junk food 2 Eat and drink slowly. 3.Avoid carbonated Drink, Beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5.Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean , peas, lentil, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli,mushroom,whole wheat bread 6. Avoid oily, spicy, fatty and junk food 7. Avoid stress, anxiety 8.stop smoking 9. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 10Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 11.Take unienzyme 1 tablet thrice daily after food for few days. 12.consult me for further advice

Hi, you should take a diet which contains 1. High in fibre such as wheat, oats 2. Include more butter milk, curd, idley, dosa ect as it contains lactobasillus. 3 take fruit juices, plenty of water at least 8 glasses 4. Be sure that you get a good appetite before every meal. 5. Take 1 glass normal water soon after you wake up from bed. 6. Avoid all kinds of spicy, fried items, milk for at least 2 months 7. Avoid foods which are hard to digest. 8. Take proper sleep and be stress free. If the symptoms persist revert back. Then I will tell you ayurvedic medicines needed

Please avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods completely. Take balance diet and on time Keep bowels clear Include papaya daily in your diet raw/ripe Maintain a schedule of your daily work and follow it - this should include a morning workout/walking daily for at least 30-45 minutes. Yes there are many reasons = 1. Piles 2. Fistula in ano 3. Fissure 4. Ulcerative colitis 5 carcinoma intestine. Better consult surgeon or gastero-enterologist.

if you are a Diabetic,certainly yes...if you have high BP probably yes....if you have neither your risk of heart attack in next 10 years will determine if you need a cholesterol pill or not

I have some digestive problem that food cannot be digest properly and feel pain in stomach and vomiting also.
You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style.
