You need to take a diet rich in calcium, vitamin D, magnesium zinc and other minerals. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Remember, no one food can make you healthy on its own -- aim instead for a varied and balanced diet. This means trying to include many of the seasonal fruits, vegetables and other foods into your diet on a regular basis, and varying your choices daily. In addition to this, perform stretching exercises to give your muscles and bones a signal (or reason) to lengthen or elongate. You can also start running, swimming or any other sport of your liking.

Hi Lybrate User, Certain food / eating / lifestyle habits have brought you to this point. Now you have to reverse those steps and Break those Habits. Change your surroundings. Move away from the friends/people who force you to eat more. To Lose Weight. Take these steps. 1. First decide that you are aiming to be fit for entire life. There is no short term health plan. 2. Believe that you can achieve it step by step. 3. Don't be in a hurry because nature takes time. 4. Slow and steady wins the race. 5. Take 40-60 mins daily for active fitness routines like Cardio etc. 6. Eat a 1600 cal diet daily. You can find such diets on net. 7. Follow 'Mindful method' of eating. 8. Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.

Hi, take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to moisten your facial muscle. Go for meditation to nourish cells & tissues diincluding your facial muscle * take, protein rich diet. * your diet b easily digestible on time. * take homoeo medicine @ berb auaq-0 drops, thrice with little water. @ exhinaceaq-20 drops with 1/2 cup of water, clean your face, twice take care.

Hello, I want to reduce belly fat. My job profile is pretty much sitting work profile and due to time constraints I can't really do exercises. But ya I do walk while coming back from office which is nearly 1.5kms. Also I take stairs whenever possible. Hello good that you are doing some kind of physical activity wherever possible. Make an effort to increase intake of fiber cut down on excess sugars refined carbs sleep for 6-7 hours drink 10-12 glasses of water try doing 10 min of floor exercise including abdominal crunches.
