Do not stare at the screen for long periods of time. Every few minutes blink your eyes and look at a far off object by which you change your focus. Also gently massage your eyes with your hands (rub your hands together to make it warm and place it on your eyes.) after every 30 mins take a break for a minute or two to stretch your body so that you remain fit and alert.

I have a hair fall problem, I consulted many doctors all are said this is because of hormonal imbalance and gave mx5% mx10% lotions but while using them hair fall will stop but again it will start as soon as I stop applying that to scalp so I am thinking to do hair transplantation. How much it will cost and is it permanent because again if transplanted hairs fall due to hormonal imbalance than no meaning in hair transplanting. Please give me suggestion on this.

My advice for you to take a normal saline gargles thrice a day along with antacid liquid and anti-allergic liquid for 2 or 3 days.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. For reducing belly fat, consume foods that contain soluble fibre such as nuts, seeds, lentils and beans. Never skip breakfast. Avoid eating bad fats but eat foods that contain good fats. Drink plenty of water. For exercises, you can do the bicycle exercise, jogging, running, cycling etc. We are here to guide you. For a detailed and customized diet plan, feel free to leave a message. It is due to skin allergy while exposing to sunlight------------------- homoeopathic medicine formula-d tabs (bakson) chew 1 tab 3 time a day for 1 month derm-aid soap (bakson) use only thiss soap on body do nd do nots 1. Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned night fall is not a disease at all and it is a physiological process so nothing to be afraid about it. It is a good sign for your health and your body is producing enough semen and there is no chance of weakness. To prevent it follow like this - 1) Try to avoid watching porn 2) Try to go for urination before going to bed 3) Relax yourself by listening to soothing music or meditating before going to bed 4) Do masturbation every day after dinner. There are no side effects of masturbating once a day. 5) Do Kegel exercise and it can reduce nightfall and try to avoid spicy foods. 6) If you have a nightfall, do not worry about it. Stress or anxiety can cause repeated nightfall. Hope that helps.

The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.
