Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk for 30 minutes every day 2.reduce your weight if overweight 3.Reduce salt intake 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, junk saturated fat and cholesterol rich diet. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, Fruits, 6.Stop smoking and consumption of alcohol, Tobacco, 7.Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion 8.Do Yoga, Meditation, and deep breathing exercise 9. Monitor your Bp regularly and consult Physician for treatment 10. Have adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily.

Throughout my army career I was always underweight and at times up to more than 10% of ideal weight for my height and age. When I retired at the age of 58 and settled down I weighed 64 Kgs. It's been five years since then and in the meanwhile I developed COPD and. Though it appears that COPD has stabilised I do not weigh more than 50 Kgs presently. And this in spite of my best efforts to increase my weight. My diet is healthy and in addition to deep breathing exercises and yoga, I also walk for half an hour daily. Please advise what I should be doing.

With the age you muscle mass has reduced. You need to increase protein intake in your diet. Eat eggs, chicken, walnuts, almonds, sprouts, paneer. It is very important that you eat several small meals 5 times a day to increase your weight. Do not exercise much, half an hour brisk walk is sufficient for you.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne. Weight gain and trouble losing weight. Extra hair on the face and body. Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp. Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding. Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant (infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do. Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5 kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

Hi. I need advise on sports injury. I had a sprain in my right ankle about 10 years back while playing football. It's been on and off that the pain reoccurs usually during physical exercise or sports. I have tried physiotherapy and heat treatment but it provides temporary relief. Can you suggest some long term superficial Ayurvedic massage oil or any other remedies please.

1.Take Dolo 650mg 2-3 times daily after food 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4. If no relief do blood examination like CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor 5. Consult for further advice

See mostly pills tends to be giving temporarily relief not not addressing what you wish. If a person sound physically and mentally his sexual strength would also be fine and satisfactory. Suppose if somebody suffering gas his face impression would always be very frowning not cheering. He would also not be okay on bed. So I mean to say keep your self fit as fat as possible and start doing exercise daily and yoga. Take healthy and nutritious food. And may take ayurvedic treatment. Which bring vitality to the body even with out any side effect premature ejaculation reality is but mostly people choose pills instead little bit hard task as I mention above.
