If you have had unprotected intercourse or are sexually active I would advice you to get a urine pregnancy test done first. If negative then you can take progesterone tablets to initiate a bleed. Also get a few hormonal tests done. These include fsh, lh, prolactin, testosterone, tft, cbc, lipid profile, fasting serum insulin as well a pelvic usg done a. Diagnosis and treatment will depend on these results.

Heyo docs, I am little concerned about my hairs. I feel like that I am balding slowly like my dad I am seeing hairfall like never before 20-30 hairs per day and it has been a month. So as it is the starting stage , I have read an article to stop this there are two ways , 1st one is minoxidil (regain) and second is finasteride. So suggest me what should I so stop it and regeneration of hairs.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine acid phos 1m/single dose (5 drops in little water) and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Cut off the intake of salt, n oily food, I hope you must b doing so, don't take tension. Along with your medication also take r85, 10 drops thrice daily with a cup of water take potassium rich diet, like banana, beans, green leafy vegetables.

Hello, To reduce belly fat following will be helpful. (1) eat lots of vegetables, fruits as these helps to reduce fat. Eat vegetables like okra, leafy vegetables, celery, cucumber, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower etc and more fruits like whole apple, guava, orange not juice, dab water, watermelon etc (2) avoid sugar, sweetened juice like soft drinks, fruit juice, tea or coffee with sugar etc as the main ingredients are glucose and fructose and these turns into fat and these are the host of metabolic disturbances. Instead of these eat whole fruits, these are healthy and mitigates the negative effect of fructose. (3) eat whole wheat, oats bran, brown bread, brown rice etc than white flour, white rice. (5) eat more good protein for long term weight loss program like fish, lean chicken, egg white, cottage cheese, peanut, soy product etc. (6) avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods (7) stay always hydrated with water. Take water 3 lit/day but not during meals. (8) regular exercises like yoga, swimming, skipping, plank, push ups. Sit ups, squats etc at morning or evening (9) stay busy with works not with foods and quality sleep.

Hello. I'm student and I have lot of pressure of ca final xams as well as from office. My problem is DREAMS. I get lost into my dreams, they are normal ones like daily life but still I get lost and can't wake up early in the morning. What's the reason of getting so many dreams every night.

We all dream at night. A normal person may have 5 - 6 dreams every night. But we don't remember these dreams, because we are fast asleep. We remember those dreams which occur when we are half asleep. Since, you remember so many dreams, that itself shows that you are not in the state of deep sleep for a long time. Our body is rejuvenated completely when we get enough of this deep sleep. But you are not able to have enough deep sleep and hence your body does not get enough rest. So you find it difficult to wake up early. Please understand that getting many dreams is not your problem, but not getting enough deep sleep is the concern. There might be many reasons for not getting enough deep sleep. Like you said your are stressed because of ca final exams and stress at office, this might be putting a lot pressure on your mind. If there are any other personal worries or health concerns, financial troubles etc then that also will affect your sleep. If possible go for jog/walk/yoga etc which will help you in reducing your stress. Try to go to bed at a fixed time. Have a cup of hot milk if possible, before sleeping. Before lying down, sit on the bed with legs folded, eyes closed and lights switched off and then take long, deep breaths. Just observe your breaths. Start counting from 1 to 100. Also recite some mantra/shlokas if you believe in them. Basically try to calm your mind before sleeping. In spite of all this, if you cannot sleep early, still get up at a fixed time, it will help you to fall asleep early the next day. All the best.

Sleep deprivation can cause headache and vice versa. You can take over the counter available analgesics like paracetamol or Ibuprofen for relief from headache. Once headache subsides you should get some sleep and will feel better. Some tips to avoid such problems in future. 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily ( aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it. If problem persists consult again.

Sir, I am 67 years old heart patient and was operated for cabg from escorts heart institute and research centre, new delhi in 2002. After this heart by-pass operation, I am perfectly fine in health. I am doing morning walk 6 km and evening 4 km without any rest regularly and also doing physical exercise, as and when needed and not having any sort of addiction habits, with no any breathing problem. I am diabetic since about 2 years back for which I wanted to have nature cure treatment, for which concerned nature cure hospital, desired my 2d echo report and the same was done on 19.03. 2015 from hero dmc heart institute, ludhiana. From the observations of 2d echo report, my lvef was observed 45% (50-80%) (mod. Simpson) which has put my mind on full tension due to some abnormal report. I visited fortis escorts heart institute, new delhi on 9.5. 2015 and had dobutamine- stress echo test, my particulars are as under: name of patient devinder kumar age 67 years. Gender male date of birth 20/12/1947. Height 5 ft 8 inch. Weight 83 kg. Blood group b + positive current medical problem as regards heart, I have no physical problem but since the observation of 2d echo report my lvef is below the normal range, which is causing full tension/feeling risk for life. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2-2 tablets of lakshyadi guggul and vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with triphala juice…. C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…. D) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and aloe vera juice on the roots of hairs…. Hi I am 21 years old women. In the month of July, I had light period (First day for normal, second and third day was very light and fourth day it was nothing), while in the month of august I am awaiting for my period on 13th, but It did not happen till now. I am tensed. Checked if pregnant on last week of July but it was negative twice, again checked two days back its negative only. I am not knowing whats wrong? Is this fine. Please help.
