Looks like you have urticaria. First of all, do not scrub. You need to get your blood and urine tested. Avoid food from bakery. Get yourself dewormed. Avoid shrimps, mackerel, tuna. Stay away from lemon amd mango food items. Visit your local dermatologist.

My teeth became as a hole like black in colour in left side part of teeth what to do ?

Hi, It indicates there is a grossly decayed teeth in the left side.So please visit your dentist,he will check with an xray and if possible saves your teeth by doing a root canal treatment followed by a crown.If the damage is more it may require an extraction.

Joining the gym is not mandatory. There are many other ways to get fit. First correct your diet and life style, taking more fiber, protein rich foods, green tea, essential fatty acids etc, better you should schedule an appointment where I will do your nutritional health assessment with a machine, make you understand your readings, will take your diet history, explain you what you can do to achieve your health goal, improving & customising your existing diet & deal with the deficiencies. All this would take one hour. You will see the results from 5 days onwards.

Hello, I slipped in the bathroom. After then I have pain in my back area near shoulder. There is pain everything. The pain is sometimes severe I can' t move my neck. So suggest me some treatment for this asap. Thank you. Regards,

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

Sometimes I feel tired at work. Mention a food where I can be energetic and should not become fat also.

Dear lybrateuser, - To remain active & alert have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, tofu, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - include a protein food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals, have 5-6 small meals including snacks, have a protein snack in between meals which will provide you with energy & also won't make you fat, can have cottage cheese, sprouts, beans or nuts, an egg or an apple with peanut butter on the slices.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicines 1.Nat Mur 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2. Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update with the feedback. Use Arnica hair oil and Arnica shampoo.
