Hi, for reducing dark circles take a cotton and soak with rose water and apply around eyes and keep it overnight. Do this daily take ferrum met 200 4pills to be sucked twice a day for 15 days.

Hello, most common chronic skin disease, almost in all age group due to wrong food habit, excess starch, sugar n fatty acid, chronic constipation, and menstrual problem in female are some of the causes behind pimples. Diet: fresh fruits & juice, fresh steamed vegetable n soup, salad butter milk or cured in very useful for fast result. Home remedy: 1 a teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder and apply 2 pounded orange and lemon peel apply on affected area angel gloss cream apply locally 3 times a day tab neem 2 tab twice a day stay healthy- naturally.

Dear lybrate-user try this out. 1 whole turmeric. Cook it in Tuwar daal. When d Daal is ready, remove d turmeric, make its paste and apply over d scar. Keep for 30 mins. Wash thereafter with hot water. Do daily for a month. See d magic Apart from this we prepare special oil and medicine for skin health and pimples. Kindly message me privately if you wish to have them. Also do avoid /limit sour, salty and pungent tastes in your diet. Wash your face with Trifala water 4 times a day and don't burst your pimples. It worsens d scenario. All d best.

Dear, Monitor your BP regularly or twice in a week . Now your BP is slightly high . To control & maintan BP normal these are best methods to follow : • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter ,cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle , salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels . • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking completely. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee , tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP . • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily .Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes .It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits . • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day. • Take less amount of salt in food. • If you are obese or your body weight is high so to control it , Do regular walk for at least 10 minutes . Start any exercise slowly increase of time .

Hye. Thankyou for your query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Hair fall occurs due to poor nutrition Stress Bad quility or very strong chemical shampoo Prolong medications Hair colouring or ironing or rebonding like procedures Constantly changing shampoo and oil Generally hair fall seen more in winter due to dryness of skin So treatment is according to cause But some general tips to regrow your hair Apply hair oil and shampoo twice a week Drink 10-15 glass of water daily Drink coconut water Take rich diet cereals dates carrot beetroot milk green vegetables as much as possible.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. You have to increase your food intake; follow 5 time small meal pattern. Start taking bananas, mangoes+ 1 glass milk+ protein supplement, 4-5 almonds. Follow healthy food options to increase weight; avoid junk. Start taking 2tsp alovera and 2 tsp amla jiuice in a cup of water every early morning to detoxify the liver as it would help in weight gain. The test you can get it done are Blood Sugar and Thyroid Test.
