Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Threptin biscuits will be helpful. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to increase weight for you.

Do exercise like weight lifting, push ups, yoga and others muscle building exercise. Take food extra. Do not skip meals. Add ghee, butter etc with foods. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use refined foods extra with unrefined. Extra fish, meat, egg will help you. Add more healthy fat in cooking. No water just before or during meals. Use supplement in this regard.

I have taken an i-pill twice in the last two weeks. And my last period date was 23 -09. I am already started medium bleeding today i.e 10 oct. Is it because of the I pill? Need help Also I did a test it shows negative.

This may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas or we have to find out any food item allergy also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis.

Hello lybrate-user, I am sorry to know the things at your end. Please note. Depression drains your energy, hope, and drive, making it difficult to do what you need to feel better. But while overcoming depression isn’t quick or easy, it’s far from impossible. You can’t just will yourself to “snap out of it,” but you do have some control—even if your depression is severe and stubbornly persistent. The key is to start small and build from there. Feeling better takes time, but you can get there if you make positive choices for yourself each day I give below tips to gain weight even faster: Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often.. Drink milk.. Try weight gainer shakes.. Use bigger plates.. Add cream to your coffee.. Take creatine.. Get quality sleep.

Hair fall can occur due to many reasons like stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors etc. We need to access the exact reason to start treatment. Home remedy. Take 100ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time & wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Use clean oil if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines if required will be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. Do it for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices.

In young age it's common. I am giving some tips * start jeera 15 gm & ajvayn 5 gm after each meal. * avoid junk food, sour spicy diet * avoid curd, day sleep, night awakening * take cow ghee in diet in sufficient quantity * use hot water in drinks * if pain is too much, you can have steam * use medicine kumariasav 20ml after meal. I need more history. For better medication.

There could be some obstruction in your nose or it can be sinusitis which is worsening when you lie down. Get your ent check up done. Don't put anything in your nose till you are advised.

Minoxidil is the gold standard for Male pattern baldness. It's to be taken as a 5% lotion applied twice daily on the scalp. Take a good hair supplement along with. Be warned - Minoxidil is not short term. Use it for at least 02 years else the effects will get reversed.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Low weight can cause lack of stamina, energy and immunity. Your needs are high not only due to low weight but also because your needs are high for growth and development. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help

Since when? get your tlc, dlc, pbf, hb, esr, c reactive protein done an x ray chest and ultrasound abdomen. If they are normal and you feel normal with this temperature, then just ignore it.

. There may not be quick fix solutions. Try regularity in timing of meals. Consume more of high fibre containing foods, leafy vegetables, fruits preferably not peeled. Have a morning walk and light physical exercise. Intermittently try sat isabgul powder at bedtime (soaked in water for an hour or so at bedtime or liquid paraffin containing medicine 1- 2 teaspoon.

Aradhana you are having yellow teeth with bleeding gums and smell from mouth this all problems in gums can be due to poor oral health . Do 10 % H2O2 mouthwash . visit dental surgeon for checkup and for bleeding from gums you need to take care of your teeth and maintain good oral hygiene, like brushing your teeth twice a day with colgate fresh mint tooth paste ,regular rinse with Mouthwashes (listerine )after meals.

Dear lybrate-user, all these symptoms are stress related. Can call it stress disorder. Stress is simply a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. In other words, it's an omnipresent part of life. A stressful event can trigger the “fight-or-flight” response, causing hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol to surge through the body. A little bit of stress, known as “acute stress,” can be exciting—it keeps us active and alert. But long-term, or “chronic stress,” can have detrimental effects on health. You may not be able to control the stressors in your world, but you can alter your reaction to them. Physical exercise, creative activities, deep breathing, being away from the situation for sometime etc can help you tackle the stress.
