Endura Mass is not bad but not a permanent solution for weight gain. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Soak 6 almonds and one fig (anjir. Whole night in a bowl of water.in morning ,during breakfast. Throw water. Peel the almonds. Chew them with fig. Drink.half glass milk/water.

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea/coffee/ cola in late evening and after. take early dinner. take rest and healthy diet. consult again if not ok. 7-8 hours of sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am time is ok.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Dear Lybrate User, Our dreams are a combination of our wishes - (conscious and unconscious), some life experiences and our fantasies etc. Sometimes the dreams appear to be so true that even after waking up, the anxiety lingers. I think this is what is happening to you presently. It appears that this is something, you fear the most or this is something you will find it difficult to accept if it happens in your real life. In my opinion, you will get rid of this anxiety in a day or two and the intensity may reduce as the days go by. In case, you are having this dream again and again or if your anxiety does not subside, then please talk to any of your trustworthy and wise friends or talk to someone elder at home. If this does not help then consult a Counsellor. Take care.

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes. Sir I'm patient of anxiety. I do lots of physical exercise. I smoke and drink also but not getting relax. Sir please suggest me to increase my desire and libido for sex. .I fear from PE and ED. Hi lybrate-user most importantly cut down on smoke and alcohol they are not good in long run. For libido do kegels exercise and practice deep breathing exercises from abdomen consult with me for anxiety and sex therapy and counseling all the best.

Consult a maxillofacial surgeon if not in correct direction it may have to be removed or send a picture of the Xray if you have taken.
