Hi, It will take time. Do exercise because it is good for your body mind and soul. Don't keep looking at watch while exercising. You have lost 2 inches that is great progress. Keep moving ahead. Slowly and steadily things will happen. Exercise is the only way. Lot of good things are happening to your body but not visible to you. Keep active keep moving, never give up. and control your diet too.

I am 21.8 years old I want to know that my B.pressure is ok but my heartbeat always remain around 85-95 times per minute, why my heartbeat always so high or above normal. Because normal limit is 72 approx ?

Normal limit is 72, but some people can have increased heart rate. It can vary due to anxiety/stress/physical exertion etc. Sometimes it could be due to thyroid problem. Do a thyroid function test, take an ecg and consult physician with report for advice and treatment.

To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customized approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day.

'keshya' herbs' (herbs which are responsible for growth and nourishing the hair follicles) use in various forms, including oral and local with deep penetrating oils, along with diet management and hair care management will fulfill your desire. 'keshya' herbs extracts with Gomutra (which Youngs dislike due to smell) are of immense importance when massaged on scalp. For further tips pl consult. Ready solutions are also available. How much time ./ definitely not in the short term.

You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity to lose weight. It is difficult to spell out a Diet Chart here as it should be prepared in a customized manner for every individual. If you make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 45 min walk / exercise you can easily shed weight. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed. Hi Lybrate User Periods missed or delayed to changes in hormonal level. There are long list of reasons in hormonal changes so firstly we have to rul out the exact cause of this. To increase hemoglobin level you can use pomegranate and black Kishmish regularly. You can Take Syp Rejoton 20 ml two times a day after taking food. Use Syp Manoll 10 ml two times a day after taking food. To stimulate uterus for restoration of menstrual cycle you can use Tablet Rajpravaratani vati two tablets three times a day after taking food. Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. You are doing a good job with the exercise, keep doing it. But along with exercise, you also need to watch over your diet. Avoid oily, junk, processed foods as well as sweets. Eat less rice, potatoes and other carbs. Never miss any meals and have calorie controlled meals. Drink at least 3 litres of water daily; have water especially before meals. Try to have your dinner early and keep it light. Have plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. We are here to guide you.
