I am 27 years old male and having red rashes on whole skin with light etching. It's started with fever on monday. Now fever has gone. Sometimes it comes but light fever. I am taking zifi-200 and alerid medicines as per doctor's suggestion. Did blood test but it was almost normal. Now I am feeling some tonsils on both side. What's happening, don't know. Please advise.

hi,Most probably It might be a viral infection. Continue the medicine as doctors advice. It will take more than 2 weeks to get back normal. You should take warm and easily digestible foods, warm water for drinking. Do not expose to cold and windy atmosphere. stay inside the home. for tonsilitis take hot water gargling adding salt and a pinch of turmeric powder. Make a paste of honey,turmeric powder and pepper powder and lick it little by little occasionally.

Hi, yes, lemon water prevents those kidney stones who has calcium as composition. You can drink corporation water as it's treated or else boiled water.

These medicines are claimed to be effective in the advertisement. So its your choice to use it or not. You can experiment with then but take precautions (like doing some tests like Liver profile test and other basic tests to ensure nothing wrong happens). The other alternative is to have patience and adapt a healthy lifestyle. Exercise (including Yoga) the right diet and hydration, and proper rest can be the best way to bring back fitness and health without any side effects. Even though it takes efforts and strong will but the benefits are multifold and keeps you healthy with a strong immunity. You can also safely try Homeopathy which is a holistic medicine and stimulates the metabolism and necessary corrections naturally without any side effects.

I'm very skinny and tall. I read on Internet that tall guys have high metabolism rate which means tall guys needs more energy than an average person. I eat quiet well. I take fruits and juices frequently. But I'm not seeing change in my physique. I am still like before. I consulted doctor. He gave me some tonic for energy. That syrup increased my hunger. An I'm eating more than before. I can't do push ups. Mostly 2 times. I can not do pull up. Not even one times. I'm weak. I can't walk much longer. I sleep more than usually 10-12 hrs. What's happening with me? What should I do?

Hye, Thanks for the query. Just adding fruits or juices will not help. Also tonic won't help if your diet is not right and healthy. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Hello Dr. m 20 years male. My height is 5.6. What I have to do for increasing my height to 2-3 more inches?
There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

I used a product named livon hair gain for 15 days. After that my hairs becomes too dry and lost all shine and speed of hair fall is very high after using that product. Now I have lost half of my hair. Now I am not taking any medicine. Am doing yoga exercise which us called balayam. Help me mam please am in big trouble.

Dear user, you are recently diagnosed so it will be best to you if you control your blood sugar from right now. Follow these instructions: 1. Eat a healthy and fiber rich diet. 2. Regular walk or jogging for at least half an hour. 3. Be stress free and happy. 4. Do not avoid a small boil or any type of skin problem or injury, treat it properly. 5. Eat small and frequent meals. Avoid fried, fatty, spicy and sweet and there produts sugar, gur, honey, glucose etc. 6. Do not keep gap between medicine, follow the instruction given by your Dr. Regarding medicine. Regulary start your day with one glass of water. Early morning you can take soaked methi dana or a piece of garlic. Do not take fruit juices its bettr to take fruit whole. Add all pluses and vegetables in your diet.
