Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

What should be my daily diet if I want to make my body more stamina and more energetic and healthy.
Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Dear the body weight is maintained 90%by diet and 10%by exercise. So, if you are not losing weight in spite of exercising, it means that 90%of your diet is faulty. I will let you know how you can lose weight and have a great body while eating the right kind of food. Till then, take care.

As your are of 17 of age.. So dont worry about height.. For increasing height just do cycling... Also do stretching exercises..

you are having diabetes and dyslipidemia. it should be treated with proper dietary and lifestyle changes and medicines ,if not controlled. revert back with all your reports , so that i can guide you further. also get an ultrasound of abdomen done to rule out fatty liver disease/NASH.

causes of premature graying hair includes- "A hormonal imbalance, Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age." *First of all you should correct our diet because what we are eating , that is reflecting on our body, so we should take Foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Our Homoeopathy also helps to reduce and prevent the hair fall. 1. you should take lycopodium 200 , 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , once a day. 3. Hair fall can be associated with pernicious anaemia, hypothyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease, nutritional deficiency, diabetes, stress. These have to be evaluated. You also have to make a lot of lifestyle changes. Correct your diet. Consume plenty of pulses, legumes, sprouts, grams, soya and nuts. If you r nonvegetarian, have meat, fish, milk and milk products in plenty. Drink lots of water. Avoid stressing over your hair fall since dopamine released can decrease hair further. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Overwashing and overshampooing can make your hair fall. Wash your hair twice a week and shampoo on the same day. Use mild shampoos. Massage scalp thoroughly to increase blood circulation. Towel dry hair, do not use blow dryers. Make sure not to sleep with wet damp hair. Comb hair regularly before going out. Protect your hair from sun. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress. You vil need to take biotin tablets everyday after breakfast. For a customised treatment approach.

The Link Between Sun Exposure and Premature Aging

It is a well-documented fact in medical science that the ultraviolet rays and radiation have been considered as too carcinogenic for humans. This is a fact that has been endorsed by the World Health Organisation (WHO). These rays can causes a number of skin problems ranging from premature aging to skin cancer in case a person is exposed to the sun for prolonged periods of time. Read this article to know how sun exposure can put your aging process on the fast track.

  • All about UV Radiation: UV or ultraviolet radiation is found in the sunlight which travels to the Earth in the form of electromagnetic waves. This radiation passes through the ozone layers with the sunlight and gets absorbed as waves of energy that one cannot physically see or feel. So, if we were to avoid wearing protective clothing, hats and sunscreen, then we would be exposed to these harmful rays. Aging is the number one form of damage that can be caused due to these UV rays which are also classified as UVA or UVB. These rays are the number one cause of premature aging, while smoking comes in a close second.
  • Skin Cells: The UV rays basically have an adverse effect on the skin cells which can also spread to the DNA in our skin. This can have a negative effect on the protective functions of our skin which in turn, affects the way our dead skin cells get replenished. It can also affect the production of collagen which is the chemical that keeps our skin supple and young looking. It also has a bearing on how many other chemicals are produced in our body. Over production of certain chemicals can also spell doom and lead to premature aging and pigmentation. Melanin is one such chemical which can cause deep tanning and pigmentation if it is present in large quantities - a problem faced mainly due to sun exposure.
  • Photoaging: When the sun damages our skin due to prolonged exposure, this can be termed as photoaging in medical terms. This also signifies the loss of the skin's ability to repair itself due to repeated episodes of being in the sun without ample protection, which can impair the collagen production as mentioned above. This will result in a loss of skin elasticity which in turn, will lead to sagging skin.
  • Skin Changes: The changes in the skin will get tattooed onto the skin's memory which will retain its leathery texture that would be a result of too much sun exposure over time. This can also lead to premature aging.

Always step out with plenty of protection and do not stay in the Sun for too long in order to avoid this condition. If you wish to discuss about any specific skin problem, you can consult a specilized dermatologist and ask a free question.

Please Take plenty of water daily Take Tab pyridium 10 1 1 Tab dompan sr 5 1 on empty stomach Tab ceftum 10 250 mg 1 1 Sy citralka 1 2 tsf three times a day with water Urine will turn red colored with these medicines so please don't worry.

Lybrate-user, hope you to be quite ok. May your headache be cleared soon. Try to take sufficient water as fluid balance required for nerve and vessel congestion. Sufficient intake of water added with glucose will prevent you from headache. Besides this if your suffering it from long run hope that is for chronic sinusitis. Take nosal saline washed nosal cavity and add some vicks vapor on fore head neck and take vapour 10 minutes. Try to take nasal drop 3 drops in both nostrils. Haveyoga and pranayam 15 minutes daily morning. After 1 month you will be freed from headache. Ok.

I feel sleepy whole day. Here is my routine I ate dinner at 10.45 pm then after bath I go for sleep at terrace at around 12.00 - 1.00 am , then wake up at 7.30, my wife wake me up then we go to room and I here sleep at 8.00 and again wake-up at 8.45 am then I go to shop (shop is just a down stairs. Of my house) with drinking milk with some almonds. Then I return between 11.15-11.45 for breakfast then. I take lunch between 2.30 - 3.00 and then dinner at night. I think I get enough sleep then why whole day I feel sleepy and at night my legs start getting pain. I ask my 11 ys old nephew to stand on my legs. And whole day I get sleepy. Now I am writing this I am feeling sleepy. please help me please plz.

Although you r getting 7- 8 hrs sleep but it is not quality sleep. Improve your routine 1. Sleeping at 1 am is not good 2. I suggest take dinner by 9 pm and sleep by 11 pm 3. Get up at 6 am and do not again sleep. You can sleep in room rather than on terrace 4. Go for morning walk for 30 mts 5. Do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts 6. Do meditation for 10 mts 7. Take bath etc 8. Have breakfast by 8.15 am 9 go for work 10. Take lunch at 1.30 pm do it you wiill feel better, be in contact routine can be further improved till you feel perfect good luck.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician/me for further management.
