I am suffering from hair fall not it is controlled but hair growth is very much slow what should I do now please help me.

1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing . 5. Take tab adgain once daily after food for 15 days and revert.

My scalp is always itchy. Tried every shampoo including SHABOO WASH. Doesn't, do any good. Please help.

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. You are hypersensitive for cold icy water. Avoid it for two years. Then start drinking cold water decreasing temperature step by step. Also take some ayurvedic treatment for immunity.

1-rajpravartani vati 250 mg one tablet twice in a day with water 2-arogyavardhini vati tablet 250 mg daily one in morning 2- ashokarishta 15 ml twice with water after food 3- amla powder 6 gm at bed time with warm water report after one month, may require some change in medicine.

Exercise is a vital factor in increasing your height. Simple exercises like skipping, hanging from an overhead bar and stretching the body by standing on your toes should be part of your daily workout routine. Spine lengthening and good posture forms the core of yoga. Doing the mountain pose, will help to strengthen and lengthen your spine and give you a good height. Suryanamaskar or Sun Salutation is a great way to increase height and stay fit. The twelve poses are done in a cyclic manner to strengthen muscles and improve posture. If you don?t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Suryanamaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikosana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. Water flushes out toxins from your body and aids in digestion. Therefore, at least drinking 8 glasses of water every day is recommended for a better health any querries inform me..

Hi, Apply Sesa Hair oil to the scalp at night daily and take cap. Sesa 1-0-1 after food cor 3 months continuously. Do not take headbath daily with the shampoo. Head bath once in a week with Scurfol shampoo is advisable for dandruff problem.

I am 25 year old male. I am suffering from teeth sensitivity for past 1 month. I had visited more than 6 dentists. Actual problem is that I have sensitivity in all teeth all the time. Also when I speak it causes severe pain and sensitivity in all teeth. I am using sensodine toothpaste but no relief and medicines as well. Dentist told me that all the wisdom tooth surgery will be required. I am very confused. Is the wisdom tooth extraction will be the solution. Please assist.

Pain and sensitivity differs. Sensitivity occurs when you take a very hot or cold items ,due to cold breeze etc .if you have pain you cannot able to chew, you while severe pain while eating even a soft item ,sometimes you may get pain just if you touch your opposing teeth. So differentiate between pain and sensitivity. Sensitivity reduces through RA- Thermoseal tooth paste. What you do is take paste on your finger and apply it directly on the teeth and wait for 15 to 20 min and wash off .do like this twice or thrice a day .gradually your sensitivity decreases. But if you have infection or any deep cavity pain occurs and this pain will not reduce by tooth pastes. So go for appropriate treatment.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.

I have spot and pimples on my face Please trying to suggest me the reason of this and how I removed permanently.

Usually the pimples subside naturally as you grow up. In some cases it becomes troublesome as they also get infected. Keep the face clean by washing with a mild soap once or twice a day. Rest of the times you can use plain cold water. Do not keep touching the skin with your hands and do not pinch them as that may aggravate the pimples. If there is a chronic tendency (keeps getting stubborn) then one can try homeopathy which handles the symptoms gently by changing the inner system to heal naturally.

I HAVE got my CAROTID DOPPLER REPORT Both common carotid arteries are normal in course and caliber with normal age related internal thickening. Colour doppler imaging reveals normal colour filling. Spectral traces show normal wave form and flow velocities Right CCA 0.62M/SEC LEFT cca 0.67n/sec Opinion right carotid bulb showing soft hypoechoic plaque in the medial wall causing 33% luminal narrowing. The plaque is going into proximal part of ICA PLEASE ADVISE I AM SO DEPRESSED.

You have to be careful about progress of plaque, it should not increase. Reduce bad fats, keep good lipids on higher side, get total lipid profile done, if cholesterol is high, try to bring it down through diet and exercise. Do send the reports here on the forum. Spoon of honey with lemon juice in warm water everyday does reduce blood sugar and cholesterol (responsible for plaque, some people have tried pomegranate juice to reduce blockages, others vouch for apple cider vinegar benefits, if these can reduce plaque, without any harm to body, you can also try. Go for long walks as a simple exercise and meditation, reduce stress as internal steroids are generated due to stress and all steroids lead to increase in plaque.

To get relief from migraine- * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes daily. * do bhramari pranayam twice a day. * practice sarwangasan and shirshasan under the guidance of yoga expert. * sit with the gyan mudra in hands. * take rogan badam (almond oil) and put it 1/2 tea spoon in a glass of milk and drink it in the morning. * if the headache is very severe & untolerable then you can take a tablet of paracetamol or ibuprofen. * you can take 2 teaspoon of shankhpushpi syrup in the morning.

You have to include a lot of fruits in your diet especially pomegranate dates dry grapes juice bananas etc have dinner early and restrict rice for dinner. Even while you are studying (while sitting) you could lift up your leg till your knee level and release it. While doing this slowly unwanted fat accumulation will be reduced. Al the best.

Please take rhus tox 6 - every 6 hourly. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. Continue treatment.
