A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. Do not drink water immediately after meals. For more details consult me privately.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi lybrate-user Everyone wants to reduce fat from some or other part of the body. And the most common problem area is the tummy. Here are 6 tips to keep in mind while you’re worrying about your belly fat: 1. Before you target your tummy fat, try to lose the extra fat around your abs by doing cardiovascular exercises that engage multiple muscles. Try circuit training that burns higher amount of calories in a shorter period. 2. There is no such thing as spot reduction when you have a lot of weight to lose. Instead, try to lose some weight, and once you are thin enough, focus on particular areas to get better results. 3. Get more sleep. If you’re not getting enough sleep and only concentrating on the exercises, you’ll end up over-exhausting yourself. This will do more harm than good. You will end up eating more to fight the lethargic feeling. Try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night in order to win in the fight against belly fat. 4. Eat less sugar and calories. Belly fat is easily reduced with a controlled diet. Try to include more protein and fiber rich vegetables that will keep you full for longer, resulting in less snacking between meals. 5. Drink more water as this will keep you satiated and will prevent you from mistaking thirst for hunger. 6. Eat more fat to burn more fat. Consuming healthy fats actually help your body to burn the unwanted fat. Stock up on healthy fats like healthy oil and fish.

Hello, Have a small frequent meal. Do not keep gap more than 2 hours between meals. Do not skip breakfast and have healthy heavy breakfast. Do some kind of physical activity at least for 1 hour. Eat 3 meals, 2 snacks. Do not take water with meals but half an hour before or an hour after a meal. Good amount of fibre which will help you to loose weight. Avoid junk foods , packaged foods, sweets, canned products , tetra pack juices, street foods, fried foods, jam, jellies, pickles.

Best exercise for burning tummy fat is jogging or treadmill speeds of 6-8. You need to do daily exercise for 40-60 minutes. You can also include abs exercises. You will find many options on Youtube on channels like Fitnessblender and Popsugarfitness. Take care of your diet. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. - Double your water intake. One glass every hour. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Eat slowly and mindfully. - Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate.

Respectable doctors, I'm sandeep and I'm 20, build 75kgs at 5" 10 height. I worked on gym n exercises for muscle growth 2 years ago and stopped it an year ago. But I didn't get fat accumulation in my body but at that time my face got blotted later it got into normal shape again. Now I got started gym again so does my face getting blotted again. Sandeep there are several reasons why your face may appear bloated. These include a reaction to drugs, general obesity and water retention, which is usually caused by the foods you're eating. Drinking too much alcohol can also induce facial bloating. By avoiding processed foods and drinking plenty of water, you should be able to reduce puffiness. After you have checked with your doctor that there is no medical reason that your face should be bloated, there are many exercises you can try that will help reduce the appearance of a puffed-up face like facial yoga,blow balloon etc..

All the best sportsmen like Sachin, Virat, Ronaldo, Federer are strong and fit without any bulging muscles. They all take diet which is based on natural foods and not supplements. All supplements contain a lot of known and unknown chemicals which can permanently harm your body. It is better to build your body through good exercise plus natural diet with natural proteins. This will build your strength without damaging you internally.

I eat 3 chapathis in the morning with a glass of tea, noon three chapathis with curry,and night a small quantity of rice with curry i do not eat anything else other than this still i do not loose weight, i do a lot of house work and even go to office.

To reduce weight following small meal pattern is very important. Instead of having 3 major meals break it up into 5-6 small meals. Mid morning: eat a fruit/veggies/soup/fiber biscuits/tender coconut water lunch: along with 3 chapathi and curry add a bowl of mix veg salad+ curd snack: sprouts chat/fruit bowl/lime juice/multigrain rusks/sandwich /fistful of nuts night: 8pm: try if you can switch on brown rice/veg curry +big bowl salad+buttermilk/milk

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.
