mohit if you will try quick time weight loss plan ,its harmful for body..now you are only 20 year old so keep patience and mentain your healthy routine..both things are important for reducing body weight..1st its 30 to 45 minute cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking and 2nd its taking healthy nutritive diet.. drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning.. maximum intake of water and green tea.. dinner it should be light maximum till 8pm.. always be active..dont rest after taking meal..

Hi lybrate-user There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5 kg in just 15 days. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g, cooked vegetables, 150 gm green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner - 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Yes it can help you but you need to follow high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
