Dear patient, 1.I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice,Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. 2. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

One should eat balanced diet comprising of Carbohydrates-50%, protein-40% and fat 10% in right ratio with a maximum of 1500-1800 calories per day. To keep satiety at meals increase your protein and lower your cabs content, these wills the amount of food in next meal and thus decrease calorie consumption. Good choices of protein to be opted are: •Egg white •Sprouts •Mushroom •Oats •Chicken and fish Drink plenty of water and do not include high density source of calorie rich snacks like nuts and seeds. Make sure to include workout schedule at least 5 times a week along with maintaining rest session and complete sleep for a healthy body and mind.

Sir. I am suffering from thyroid since five years. I am using thyrinirm 50 mg since 2 years before that I used use eltroxin 100 mg. By using medication regularly also I am not losing my weight. And sometimes I feel pain in neck region. Specially in rainy please suggest some medication.

Sir I would suggest you for customized diet plans for weight loss. For time being add 1spoon isabgol in your rotis and triphala powder soaked overnight in water have it in morning and night. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day.

For reducing belly fat, 1. Practice kapalbhati daily for 1 hr along with toe touching, push ups, waist rotation 2. take stairs instead of lift 3.Walk/cycle instead of hiring a transport 4. Avoid sitting continuously for an hr 5. Avoid sleeping within an hr of a meal 6. Avoid heavy meals. instead have small frequent meals at 3 hrs interval 7. Avoid junk/ processed/ refined/ fried/sugary foods & drinks, alcohol 8. Get involved in outdoor sports activities (cricket/ badminton/ tennis/ squash/ golf/ swimming/ boxing/karate/wrestling) 9. Day to day activities like gardening/ car washing/ cooking/ ironing clothes may also be included.

Dear lybrate-user the best way to loose weight is through low calorie diet and aerobic exercise. The calorie content in diet should not exceed 1200 kcal per day. You should avoid root vegetables, full cream milk, fried foods, sweets, refined flour and organ meat. Take more water, green leafy vegetables, egg white, lean meat, brown bread, multigrain atta and brown bread. You should also do aerobic exercise like walking/ jogging/cycling/skipping for half hour every day at least for 5 days a week.
