I feel the workout is causing some miscommunication between my mother and I. As I want a low in fat diet and the food prepared is fullon indian style with all the spice colours and oil dancing around. This miscommunication is kind of taking a toll on the relationship. I need some suggestions to get off this relationship mess due to workout. And discontinuing workout is no option.

Hi lybrate-user, take time to explain to your mother about why too much refined oil is bad for health and show her videos/talks on such topics. Work together as a team to reduce oil usage for both of your benefit. Also, Indian food is healthy if eaten in moderation. Some amount of herbs and spices are alright. Also, ensure you are eating dals, pulses, subzi, egg, chicken etc. Snack mostly on fruits and raw vegetables which need not have any cooking. You can also prefer some nuts. Please remember, end of the day, we should ensure what we do is giving us and people around us happiness. Mentally, we should be peaceful for maximum health. Else all this will not really help, if you are not happy emotionally. So try to create a balance. Talk to your mother openly and she will definitely understand and help. All the best!

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. *Lycopodium 30, 3 drops once daily in the morning for 7 days. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . Avoid heavy spicy and oily food , pickles. Revert me after 7 days.take care.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

You will not need any supplements for weight gain if you follow a good diet. Eat frequent meals atleast 6-7 through out the day. Drink good amount of water so you don't get dehydrated. Add dry fruits and nuts ,curd,eggs,banana,and milk in your diet. If you are exercising then you can have 1 scoop of whey protein just after your exercise.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals

Shoulder exercises are essential for you but you need to rule out first why the pain is occurring. Is there any pain in while you are pulling off your parse from your hip pocket? Is the pain is more in the initial range of movement? Is there any pain while sleeping? Can you sleep turning towards the affected side? Please let us know for better guidance.
