I found some WhatsApp chat of my husband with a lady in his college. Which shattered me. Mine is a perfect family and I never felt any changes in his behaviour since our marriage of 18 year he loves n cares very much. But when I saw conversation and asked him he said it is just chat she started and I give reply to it only sometimes, I will stop it immediately, which he did because he blocked her and I saw message from her saying why are you running away from me when I showed him her message and I talked to her she started saying all bullshit about him as if she is innocent ,she kept calling him saying that he is having affair with someone else and also send message to me about this, she also messagedsome other teachers husband that they are having affair. The message which I first saw was she started with a good morning which my husband did not reply. Then she gave him time when he was last seen but not replied. To this he said no WiFi. Her reply in hindi,-to call kar lete ,pause hum se le leta Jaan, and answer to this at end of day by my husband was I love you. 2 year am not able to forget all this feeling depressed all times end seems easy.

Dear lybrate-user. I can understand. You said at last that this all happened two years back and you are still depressed. Still being depressed means you lost your faith in your husband. Whether he had an affair or not, your job is to bring him back to your life and make him love you and child again. If you be depressed, suspect him, ignore him etc, this makes him more irritated and the chances are that he will go more and more away from you. Please understand. I suggest online counseling for you. Take care.

General Physician,
Strategies for Remembering 1. Become interested in what you're learning. We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2. Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3. Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical.. 4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5. When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6. Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.

Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. General anxiety disorder treatment consists of cognitive behavioral therapy, life style changes, relaxation therapy and meditation. Once you learn how to manage your anxiety yourself with the help of the above treatment methods, you will be cured and you can stop the medicines if any. The process could take some time according to the depth of the problem and the circumstances at which the patient lives. Take care.

There is no permanent cure, like diabetes you have to give medications for lifetime. It will control the symptoms to certain extent depending on various factors. Get yourself educated about the severe mental illness, schizophrenia. The recovery depends on the type of illness, symptoms and most importantly regularity of medications since onset of the disorder. More irregular the treatment, more will be negative symptoms, resistant symptoms and deficits. You need to regularly attend a psychiatrist review for 6-9 months to realize good changes, and thereafter continue regular review as per his advise. All the best.

Anxiety can be managed with Holistic treatment. One must not go immediately for antipsychotic medication.

I understand your feelings for your father. Me too had it. And the feelings remains in us for ever but decreasing in its intensity as we realize the reality of life which is like a coin with two sides ie. Birth and death. Death is only the end of this episode. And its applicable to all of us. So you can do something creative when his memories comes to you. So it becomes a good tribute to your father.

There are various dangers of smoking. 1) Worsening of lung function over a period of time leading to COPD. 2) Increased of lung cancer and other cancers like oral cancer, laryngeal CA. Etc 3) Increased rate of atherosclerosis and it's related complications like stroke (लकवा) and heart attack. These risks start decreasing the day you stop smoking. Repeat test after stoping smoking.
