This is not your age of gaining weight through supplement but start eating healthy food with which you will start gaaining weight. Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

Dear lybrate-user, you have to have proper intake of proteins and calcium rich food like milk, cheese,paneer and curd. Along with that you have to do proper regular exercises. Then automatically it increases the bone mineral deposits as well as muscular posture of the body also gets strong then your thinning will get alright.

hello sir, take high protein diet and high calorie diet . have small and frequent meals. take milk and milk products.take whole pulses, paneer, egg,soy milk,lean meat, sprouts, tofu, corn salad, juice with glucose. do stretching exercise alternate days. take plenty of water. take plenty of fruits.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. hello, you should go for brisk walk in the morning .do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. take salad before meals. drink more water in a day. don't take rice at night.. avoid heavy dinner and late night meals. avoid junk food and processed food. take small and frequent meals. you can consult me privately online on lybrate I will give you diet chart.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

Hello, Multivitamins cannot be taken to increase weight ,they are simply advised by the doctors post recovery,infection or ailments. Have a healthy balanced diet to recover from multivitamin deficiencies if any.

Hello lybrate-user, what is your height and weight so that I can tell you that you are normal or underweight. To increase weight add high calories and high protein diet but remember eat only good foods that provide you energy. Eat healthy and balanced food specially your breakfast. Include poha, upma, oats, eggs, paneer sandwiches, parantha (prepared only in olive oil. Use healthy oil for cooking. Drink lots of water. Add icrcreams, sweet dishes, fruits like mango, banana, peanut butter etc.

Hello, stop eating junk and processed food. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include egg fish and chicken in your diet. Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items.

Change your food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk end milk products. Take prosup powder 2 spoon in aglass of milk after work out with breakfast end 2 spoon after dinner. Take 1 calcium tablet after dinner with this milk. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help you. You have 3 years to increase height.

Please have salads and fruits more before lunch avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid outside food continue your regular exercise start doing regular yoga and pranayam have a habit of walking daily for 30 minutes to 40 minutes avoid maida containing items like biscuits etc.
