  8. Triphala Powder: Using triphala with water around evening time is additionally helpful to recover from stress.
  9. Cardamom Seeds: You can take five to six cardamoms. Biting their seeds at whatever time in a day has been proven beneficial.
  10. Amla With Nutmeg: Take some juice of a crisp amla (Indian Gooseberry) and include a couple measure of nutmeg powder into it. Add some rock salt and blend them appropriately and drink it.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Hello hope you are fine the male pattern baldness is becoming very common nowadays, that too with early onset. The only permanent and safe solution which gives tremendous psychological benefits by changing your looks is hair transplant. The state of art micro follicular hair transplant gives excellent results with permanent naturally growing hairs practically without any scar and without any side effects. In one stage we can put as many as 4000 to 7000 hair grafts (follicular units) aiming good density for the area covered (megasession and gigasession covering maximum area with excellent density is the main distinguishing feature at olmec). Your body mass index is not abnormal. So relax. Hunger is a good sign considering your young age. If you want to be conscious to your diet then watch your diet. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. I am feeling somewhat unconscious for past couple of months. It's not complete unconsciousness but little bit of it. I never feel fresh as it used to happen earlier. I am feeling so since I was diagnosed for vertigo. Although, the symptoms of vertigo were gone in a week as told by my consultant. Can anyone please tell what might it be? I am a 22 year old male. The problem is that I have realy low pulse rate. Ie 40-50pulses per minute. I feel exhausted if I run a little. Our body needs energy and stamina for various activities. Our diet is the fuel for our body. No one food alone is going to help gain stamina. It's important to provide the body nutrients that it needs when it nreds. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week.
