Now 6 months over which is usually end time for spontaneous recovery now no medicine to help her only advance rehabilitation will help medicine will continue for prevention of recurrence.

Im 28 years and im having back problem after having my job at a call center. I have to work regularly from 9 am to 5 pm. Is it due to the sitting arrangement in call center or do I have any other problems. Any help would be appreciable.

Do take ift and laser therapy for pain relief for 7 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 7 days regularly use firm hard and even mattress for sleep do revert to me for further assistance best wishes.

After 50 plus age generally females have hormonal changes due to which they have a complain of knee pain, back pain etc. There may be many reasons for knee pain like arthritis because its very common at this age or there may be vit or uric acid deficiency which is also common nowadays. So in general I would advise you to please go for her proper investigation so that the reason can be diagnosed. In the mean time to get relief from pain and stiffness please follow the physio measures: precautions- 1. Avoid prolong standing. Standing on one leg or running for time being if its painful. 2. Take care while bending your knees, it should not directly strain your joint. 3. Avoid heavy weight lifting. 4. Wear shoes with good arch support, do not wear high -healed shoes. 5. Use the correct positions during activities so that you do not strain your muscles. 6. Try to change your sitting position every 15 min so that it should not give strain on your knees. 7. Avoid sitting on floor with both knees bending. 8. Take diet rich in calcium like milk, dairy products, banana etc which will enhance your calcium and gives you strength. Treatment - 1. Use of cold or hot packs which ever suits you - apply ice or hot pack to the painful area and massage for near about 10 minutes. Make a habit for doing atleast twice a day initially. 2. After this using your thumb massage your knee area gently. 3. Do some knee (quads) isometrics atleast 10-15 times with the hold of 5 -10 seconds. Also you can do some knee strengthening in the mean time. The above treatment will give her pain relief and discomfort. In the meantime please contact any physio who will study her daily routine, symptoms etc and check the reason if there is any arthritis or any other discorde and then accordingly will give her the best treatment plan. It might be of muscle strain or of pathological reasons do consult neuro physiotherapist and take ift and laser therapy for 12 days of 15 minutes duration each followed by spinal extension exercise.

Hi, Good initiative towards fitness! Its normal to have little pain after lunges but be regular. It might be your technique of lunge is wrong or you are not doing proper stretching and warm before doing lunges. There are no side effects of lunges if done correctly so I am suggesting some pointers. 1) while performing a lunge try to keep your knees aligned over your second toe so that the knee is moving in the same direction as the ankle joint. However, in reality we often find the knee translating (moving) forward to the toes or beyond in a squat or lunge movement. The reason for this can be attributed to the length of leg bones (tibia/fibula or femur). 2) During lunge or squat movements, we should always emphasize beginning the movement by pushing the hips backwards before they lower towards the floor. 3) In some instances we’ve seen trainers recommend keeping the back as vertical as possible which is problematic. 4) Do proper stretching exercises before doing lunges and squats. 5) Watch your technique in the mirror, the next time you lunge. Place your hands on your hips or in the small of your back and perform your lunge. If you notice any forward tilting in your hips or an increase in the curvature of your low back, you are compromising lumbar stability. Try this pointer and improve your exercise technique. If still pain persists, check with orthopedician or physiotherapist or follow up with me. Thanks.

Blood deficiency is the main cause. Mainly liver blood deficiency. Because liver maintains all joints. You just take your meals on time I.e. 8-2-8 also have pomegranate juice thrice in week. Wheat grass powder one spoon mix in lukewarm water daily in morning empty stomach for at least 4 months.

dear user, avoid taking medicines if any to lose weight. just try legs excercises like lying flat on bed or floor. lift gently both the legs up and down repeat it 10 times. then do legs folding excercise 10 times if possible do situps 20 times. take a walk for 1km daily in early morning. this will helps you in reducing weight and pain and gains strength in muscles.

I am 19 years old now, when I was 12 I used mastaburate a lot I mean each day. And now m doing sports and now I left mastaburation but I feel weakness in my body. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Do hot and cold formentation. Deep your feet hot water for 3 min. And 2 min. Cold water do it for 25 min.

Continuous driving will show effect on the parts used, that is common, may be the seat posture,& hieght of seat you drive also at fault, which can be shown& rectified by any mechanic. Try to sit straight, lie on back, without keeping any pillow, on straight surface, take care that mattress is uniform, without any ups& downs, uneven dofew spscfc exercises, which will be taught by any yoga expert, or physio therapist. By following 2-3 sessions, you can do those regularly at home.

Hello sir, Blood test is normal, don't worry. Various causes for knee pain without proper examination and history can't diagnosis properly. Consult your physiotherapist. For pain reduction. Apply hot or ice fermentation 3-4 times daily. Learn and do mild stretch calf muscles. Avoid long time standing, walking, floor sitting.

Hello. Pain in the back is mostly due to muscular spasm. Do neck exercises, hot fomentation. Take arnica 30 4 pills for one day and let me know.
