Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hi, ideally, a person should lose 3-5 kgs per month which is supposed to be healthy and should lose weight through balanced diet which not only covers fruits and veggies, but also daily intake of other minerals, fats, carbohydrates as well with physical activity.

Hello Sir, I would advise if can substitute atleast one meal with chapatis/roti/phulka etc instead of consuming rice both the times. You can even take millets like Ragi, bajra, oats , quinoa etc. Use whole grains. These all release glucose in your blood slowly rather than the quick release of glucose seen as with white rice. If you unable to change your dietary habits away from rice, try if you can take brown rice/red rice/wild rice instead of white rice. Take plenty of vegetables, atleast half of your plate should be of vegetables. Avoid potatoes, colocasia, yam. You can take carrots, green peas, sweet corn, beet root 1-2 times/week,Rest all vegetables including leafy vegetables are perfectly fine to be taken everyday. Hope this has helped you Thank you

Dark discoloration of the skin under the eye is mainly referred to as dark circles. It is also known as dark rings or shadows. Both men and women of different age groups can have dark circles. Dark circles are not a serious skin problem, but they make people look tired, exhausted, unhealthy and older. You can easily get rid of unsightly shadows under your eyes using some easy home remedies rose water rose water has incredible ingredient for skin care. It rejuvenates the skin and has a soothing effect on tired eyes. Due to its mild astringent properties, it also works as a good skin toner. 1. Soak cotton eye pads in pure rose water for a few minutes. 2. Put the soaked pads on your closed eyelids. 3. Leave them on for about 15 minutes. Follow this remedy twice daily for a few weeks.

I am having burping, nausea,acid formation, gas bloat syndrome, not able to eat properly because of full stomach, sometimes I get heartburn also, and every time I eat or drink anything it just comes out and sometimes I feel like I will fall but it is not because of weakness then I have to lie down burping problem always occurs while eating or drinking. So I have bought Lesuride OD 75 mg so should I take it and how long? Or there is any other medications available for this kind of symptoms?

Buddy, this is the most common problem in clinical practice, 20 out of every 100 people have these kind of symptoms. Dont worry about all this, change your lifestyle. Dont take tea, spicy food. do regular exercise, don't drink water after having meal, take it after 1 hour. use high pillow. Take medication as and when required, not regularly.

I am suffering from lower back pain from last 1.5 years. I got injured in the gym while lifting heavy weights inappropriate manner. Pain is consistent but very less! in MRI reports shows that their is a Diffuse Posterior bulging L5-S1 disc. For young males with single disc, the best treatment is endoscopic dics removal, it will relieve you of symptoms, will not cause structural damage to your surrounding structures, less post operative stay and early return to sports. Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Dear, These are the causes of acne: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily practice skipping daily. Start with skipping for 3-5 minutes and then increase the time to 12-15 minutes. Walk fast for atleast 8-10 minutes in starting then start running for 3-5 minutes after 10 days. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Dark circle is a symptom of udavarta (improper functions of all vaat). It's mainly due to 1) dharniya vega (urges, should b controlled, we you aren't) like chinta-stress, bhaya-fear, shoka-, krodha-short temper, maan- ego, lobha-greedy etc mental condition you should control yourself 2) adharniya vega (urges that should not be controlled, but we are controling) like sleep, urine, stool, hunger, thirst, yawn, sneeze, vomit etc. Think deeply. It's a very spiritual concept main treatment is to stop causative factor among this. So manage your sleep & time. Also there are some ayurveda medicine, lepa-cream, face treatment, or panchakarma (detoxification) will definitely help you you can use kumkumadi ointment of nagarjun pharma. It will lighten your circle. I am giving you some more tips, follow it. * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscle which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping a soft ball underneath the knee and you have to keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples & spots: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne.
