Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes.

Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil. Mix all the items well, make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck daily and wash after an hour. It will give you a perfect glowing skin OR Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results)

If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area. 4) apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes.

Hi Thank you for posting your query I understand your concern But in your case first the acne should be treated and then the marks otherwise every time a new acne might leave a mark Treatment of acne depends on the type of acne you are suffering from There are 1) comedones like which appear like blackheads these can be treated with creams containing BPO or topical retinoids 2) pus containing acne which require antibiotics tablet and creams 3) big module type which require a long course of oral retinoids You should use a sunscreen and a gentle cleanser to wash face along with these A proper and regular course of medicine will help you in getting a clear face Hope this helps In case you have further query you can consult me.

Hello sir, I have a problem with hairs fall, in a day hair are falling approx 30. Sir I very sad please tell me what I do and how I prevent?

Hello sir, I have a problem with hairs fall, in a day hair are falling approx 30. Sir I very sad please tell me what ...
You need proper treatment for hairfall. There are many causes for hairfall according to my research. Read this article --- alopecia or hair loss: on an average hair grows about 13 mm a month. They grow more at night than day and faster in summer than winter. Causes: hereditary severe illness high fever nutritional deficiencies. Scalp infections stress certain drugs like cytotoxic anti-cancer drugs and strong antibiotics hormonal changes esp. During pregnancy and also after leaving the contraceptive pill. Certain chemicals, like those used to purify swimming pools. Wear and tear of over-grooming. Bleaching. Repeated bleaching with hydrogen peroxide can cause split ends perming and dyeing. Temporary dyes are not as harmful as permanent dyes which can damage the hair shaft. Symptoms: sudden or gradual change in any of the 4 factors: density, texture, pattern and colour. Broken hair or split ends. Do's and do not's: recognize signs of stress and identify the causes. At work reduce stress by learning to avoid long hours, not accepting unrealistic demands, setting realistic goals, accepting changes optimistically and not taking work-related problems home. At home air, your grievances, share your problems and regular weekend breaks with the family. Your diet should be balanced in vitamins, minerals and proteins. Avoid using dyes, bleaching and perming hair. Avoid washing your hair too frequently. To avoid split ends snip off the ends cleanly every 2 weeks. Otherwise, the split may travel backwards to the root. Avoid tight hairstyles or elastic hair bands. Do not use heated, spiked rollers frequently and never hold the hair dryer too close to the scalp. (at least 15 cms away) never use sharp combs or brushes. Never brush or comb when the hair is wet and always use a towel to dry it gently. Avoid over-zealous scalp massage or brushing. Treatment: homoeopathy has a solution for alopecia. You can consult me. I am in gurgaon. Thanks.

Hi sir. Recently on june I gave birth to s male child. But I m facing too much of hair loss. What should I do?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

Hi sir. Recently on june I gave birth to s male child. But I m facing too much of hair loss. What should I do?
1. Avoid tight hairstyles. Pulling on your hair, or styling it tightly, can cause hairs to be pulled out. Styling or playing with your hair too often may also contribute to hair loss. Opt for loose hair styles to lessen the strain and damage to your hair. o Avoid tight braids, using hair rollers, or tight hair clips and holders. o Don't use hot oil treatments on your hair either, as they can be damaging to the hair and scalp. o Avoid playing with your hair often, twisting or pulling on it. 2.Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. If your comb has tightly spaced teeth, it may pull on your hair, more than a brush with wider teeth would. This pulling can cause more hair loss. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth for a gentler way to brush your hair. o When brushing your hair, always brush gently. o Wet hair is more fragile than when it is dry. Be careful when combing or brushing wet hair. 3.Be careful with heat. Using any heated tool on your hair can cause damage and increase hair loss. Try to avoid using any device such as hair dryers or curling irons. If you must use a hair dryer, set it to the coolest setting you can. 4.Find the right hair products. Certain hair products, shampoos and conditioners, are believed to help keep hair looking full and healthy. You may have to try a few different products before you find one that works best for your hair and hair style. Try looking for some of the following qualities: o Look for products labeled “volumizing shampoo”. o Avoid “conditioning shampoos” as these can make the hair appear less full or heavy. o Avoid “intensive conditioners”. These may be too heavy and cause your hair to look less full. o Try to find conditioners that are designed for fine hair. o Products that contain biotin or silica may help as well 5.Avoid stress. Being under stress can increase hair loss. Stress may cause your hair follicles to go into a resting phase, resulting in thinner hair coverage. Hair loss caused by stress can be reversed by reducing that stress. 6.Try a new haircut. Ask your hairstylist to cut your hair, in a new style, that makes it look fuller. Remember that hair loss caused during post-pregnancy is temporary, and that you can always restyle your hair once it starts recovering. Longer hair styles can make hair loss more noticeable. 7.Watch your diet. Your diet can have an effect on the health of your hair. By eating certain foods you can help ensure that you have healthy hair. Try monitoring your diet for the following vitamins and minerals: o Hair consists of protein. Getting enough protein in your diet will help keep your hair strong. o Monitor your iron intake. If you eat meat, try consuming lean meat for a healthy source of iron. Vegetarian sources of iron include soybeans, lentils, and spinach. o Vegetables and fruits can contain flavonoids and antioxidants, which can help with the maintenance of hair follicles. 8.Start taking supplements. Some supplements are recommended to keep hair healthy and strong. While you wait for your hormone levels and hair growth to return to normal, you can maintain your hair with the following supplements: o Try taking vitamin B, C, E and zinc. o There is some evidence that taking biotin in oral form, zinc, and topical application of a cream containing clobetasol propionate, can help with hair loss o Applying lavender oil mixed with thyme, rosemary and cedar wood oils, may help treat some forms of hair loss. 9.Consider using hormonal birth-control. After pregnancy, your estrogen levels will be lower than normal. Hormonal birth-control can help boost estrogen levels, which in turn, may help with hair loss after pregnancy. o You must wait at least four weeks after giving birth before starting any hormonal birth-control. Starting too soon can increase the risk of blood clots. o If you are nursing, you should wait until your supply of milk is established, as birth-control can disrupt milk production. Tips • Don't worry. Hair loss after pregnancy is temporary. After six to twelve months, you hair should return to normal.
