Avoid combing hair with fine-toothed combs when wet. Although this is a tempting practice as hair straightens and de-tangles much easily if combed when wet, this is a common cause of breakage. The stress on the hair shaft is immense when the hair is wet resulting in weakened hair roots.

My mom aged 55 has predominantly solid pelvic lesion measuring 10*7*6 cm arising from left ovary. Solid areas are showing moderate contrast enhancement. Eccentric cystic component noted towards left lateral aspect of the lesion. No calcifications. Everything else including lungs, bladders seems to be fine. Doctors have insisted to take 6 chemo followed by a surgery. I just wanted to clarify if this is the appropriate treatment required for a patient at this point of stage. You should go for chemica free products as far as your facial skin is concerned. Make a face pack by mixing triphala powder,haldi,chandan amd manjishtha in honey.make a face pack and apply it on your.wash the face after 15 mins. Use chemical.free appricote facial scrub and himalaya fairness cream for natural glow. Drink.lots of warer daily and do pranayam. Please stop cumin seeds however it is unlikely to have acidity with cumin seeds. You may have anti hyper acidity medicine along with anti emetic. Take cold milk in between meals avoid fried and fatty food items which increase acid secretion in stomach.

Hello lybrate-user to reduce belly fat include a variety of whole grain in your diet in form of oats, ragi, barley, jowar and whole wheat foods. This can be added in form of chapatis, dosas, idlis, cheelas, porridges. Consume 4-5 servings of fresh fruits, vegetables, salads. Also make sure water intake is 2-3lts per day. Regular physical exercise of 30 minutes per day is essential & food consumption should be slowly with proper chewing to avoid over eating.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Shoulder advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

This is perfectly fine. Specially if you are in air conditioned environment. Try to taken water in more equally distributed throughout the day.

There's no such thing as height increasing supplements. None of them help. They're just supplements. Which means they'll just add an extra bit of calcium and other minerals to your regular intake thus helping your body in developing your bones. Instead, consume a lot of green vegetables, meats, oats, milk, eggs, nuts (groundnuts, peanuts, walnuts, almonds), fruits, etc. Also, workout and stretch a lot. Sprinting, box jumps, pullups, skipping, chin ups, squats, push-ups, etc. Are some of the exercises that will help you.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.
