Hi, Gradually and slowly decrease the frequency of using Melacare cream. Here are some tips for fairer and flawless skin: -Soak some almonds in water overnight, remove their skin in the morning and grind them. Add a teaspoon of gram fluor, one teaspoon of milk and 4 drops of lime juice. Make a paste, mix it well and apply it on your face. Regular massage gives you long lasting clear and fair skin. -Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a face pack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. -Mix papaya and honey and mash it. Apply and wash after 20 minutes. Use this face pack every other day for a naturally spotless fair skin. This pack also eliminates the sun tanning which causes patchiness on the skin and the dark spots or the pimple marks which will refrain the skin from looking spotless. -Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. -Mix some tomato juice with some yoghurt and mix it well. Apply on the face as a pack and wash after 30 minutes. Try this every other day for better results. Use Schwabe's Skin Care soap, apply Calendula & Aloe Vera cream immediately after bathing, apply Bakson's Suncare sunscreen 20-30 min. Before going out under the sunlight. At night, use Bakson's Papaya Pack and after washing face apply it's Fairness cream. Above all, regular exercise (yoga, gymnastic, aerobics etc), intake of healthy nutritious food, keeping a positive attitude, avoiding stress/ anger/ anxiety/ fear/ jealousy/ aggressive nature as much as possible as it affects skin, its colour and glow!

Hello A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen every day. Slow and steady wins the race.

Liver is the most important organ of the body after heart, lungs and brain. When it fails it cannot be without symptms. Pain, jaundice, vomiting, blood in vomiting or stools, itching, confusion, coma which ultimately may lead to death. Alcoholic cirrhosis and hepatitis b & c are common causes of liver failure.

Due to chronic constipation I have left hand side Inguinal Hernia since April 2014. I am wearing Hernia Truss/ Belt whole day due to Doctors have refused to operate my Hernia being a high risc case as I am a heart patient whose Angioplasty/Stent fitting already done in August 2013. Pl advice me that in a day for how many hours Hernia Truss should be seated by me without any side effect of continuous pressure on my belly & intestines. 1)Get a 2nd opinion about surgery,it can be done on patients who are fitted with stents by giving spinal anesthesia in place of GA,2) Constipation will make Hernia worse 3) with age there will be sagging of internal muscles and repair of tissue after operation will be delayed and sagging will lead to constipation followed by impacted stool ,followed by chronic intestinal obstruction 4) You are doing Yoga and Pranayam daily , it is good for entire body , get a CD/ watch TV programes to know more about yoga , 5)I can only suggest you Not to Do Asanas which increase pressure on abdomen 6) Eat foods rich in natural fibers like-every fruit! No juices.7)take a spoon of honey with warm water on empty stomach every morning on an empty stomach. 8) Do not become dependent on over the counter products for constipation, they can make hernia worse.9) take a decision and go for surgery ,10) Observe a fast at least once in a week with liquid diet only and no solid foods.11) all of the above should become your lifestyle modification. 12) do write back about progress of your case.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Hi you can choose colgate, pepsodent .Main imporatant is brushing technique. Brush in circular motion at angle of 45 degree is the best position for brush.Brush atleast 3 minutes two times daily. Rinse your mouth after each meal.

Rinse your face with water and pat dry. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon together until they are thoroughly blended and have formed a sort of paste. Apply the mask to your face (or spot treat) and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off completely, and pat your face dry.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed .it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3. Control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, full cream milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, tomato, legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. How to Untwist Your Thinking

HOW TO UNTWIST YOUR THINKING:

This comes from Dr David Burns and is in his book "The Feeling Good Handbook, revised edition."

1
 IDENTIFY THE DISTORTION Write down your negative thoughts so you can see in which of the 10 cognitive distortions you're involved. This will make it easier to think about the problem in a more positive and realistic way.

2 EXAMINE THE EVIDENCE Instead of assuming that your negative thought is true, examine the actual evidence for it. For example, if you feel that you never do anything right, you could list several things you have done successfully.

3 THE DOUBLE-STANDARD METHOD Instead of putting yourself down in a harsh, condemning way, talk to yourself in the same
compassionate way you would talk to a friend with a similar problem.

4 THE EXPERIMENTAL TECHNIQUE Do an experiment to test the validity of your negative thought. For example, if, during an episode of panic, you become terrified that you're about to die of a heart attack, you could jog or run up and down several flights of stairs. This will prove that your heart is healthy and strong.

5 THINKING IN SHADES OF GRAY Although this method might sound drab, the effects can be illuminating. Instead of thinking about your problems in all-or-nothing extremes, reevaluate things on a range from 0 to 100. When things don't work out as well as you hoped, think about the experience as a partial success rather than a complete failure. See what you can learn from the situation.

6. THE SURVEY METHOD Ask people questions to find out if your thoughts and attitudes are realistic. For example, if you believe that public speaking anxiety is abnormal and shameful, ask several friends if they ever felt nervous before they gave a talk.

7. DEFINE TERMS When you label yourself "inferior" or "a fool" or "a loser," ask, "What is the definition of 'a fool'?" You will feel better when you see that there is no such thing as "a fool" or "a loser."

8. THE SEMANTIC METHOD Simply substitute language that is less colorful and emotionally loaded. This method is helpful for "should statements." Instead of telling yourself "I shouldn't have made that mistake," you can say, "It would be better if I hadn't made that mistake."

9. RE-ATTRIBUTION Instead of automatically assuming that you are "bad" and blaming yourself entirely for a problem, think about the many factors that may have contributed to it. Focus on solving the problem instead of using up all your energy blaming yourself and feeling guilty.

10COST-BENEFIT ANALYSIS List the advantages and disadvantages of a feeling (like becoming angry when your plane is late,) a negative thought (like "No matter how hard I try, I always mess up, ") or a behavior pattern (like overeating and lying around in bed when you're depressed.) You can also use the Cost-Benefit Analysis to modify a self-defeating belief such as, "I must always try to be perfect."

As I've stated before, these methods are not something to be tried once or twice and dispensed, but are good skills to be ongoing in your life with day to day.
