Dear lybrate-user, - according to your height your optimum weight should be 58-63 kg. So I guess you can easily attain those figures pretty soon. But please keep this in mind that depending only upon the medicines will not serve the purpose. Please maintain a healthy lifestyle also - which is very necessary but often neglected when we deal with patients fighthing for weight-loss. Good nutritious breakfast - optimum lunch - and kight dinner is always a good habit. Be extremely strict not to have any pizza, burger, ice-cream-pasrty or any berevages or junk after 5 pm in the evening. Drink lots of juices and have more fruits. Avoid fried and deep fried things. I am hopeful that within one month you will be in the range of desired levels. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback after 15 days.

Night fall is very common problem in younger age. Semen production occur 24 hourly & it has limited capacity for storage. If you do not do ejaculate then nightfall is only way to come out of stored semen as its production is continuous process. 1-2 week frequency is normal. It is natural process. Same tips for controlling 1. Meditation and relaxation techniques. 2 avoid porn literature and videos 3 avoid alchol, smoking etc 4 avoid non veg. If these tips are no useful then test your urine ans semen and consult with sexologist.

Don't keep short term goals when it comes to health. Since it took so much time for body to gain weight then it needs time to gradually lose in a healthy way. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

रक्त में बिलीरूबीन के बढ़ जाने से त्वचा, नाखून और आंखों का सफेद भाग पीला नजर आने लगता है, इस स्थिति को पीलिया या जॉन्डिस कहते हैं। पीलिया से पीड़ित मरीज की पेशाब का रंग भी पीला नजर आता है। पीलिया साधारण बीमारी लग सकती है, मगर इसका सही समय पर इलाज ना हो तो ये बहुत भयंकर परिणाम देती है। ये लीवर से संबंपधित रोग है और इसमें मरीज की जान तक जा सकती है। नवजात शिशुओं में ये समस्या ज्यातर देखी जाती है लेकिन वयस्क भी इसके शिकार होते हैं। 

क्यों होता है पीलिया
बिलीरूबीन पीले रंग का पदार्थ होता है। ये रक्त कोशिकाओं में पाया जाता है। जब ये कोशिकाएं मृत हो जाती हैं तो लिवर इनको रक्त से फिल्टर कर देता है। लेकिन लिवर में कुछ दिक्कत होने के चलते लिवर ये प्रक्रिया ठीक से नहीं कर पाता है और बिलीरूबीन बढ़ने लगता है। इसी के चलते हमारी त्वचा पीली नजर आने लगती है। वयस्कों में पीलिया कम ही होता है, यहां कुछ वजहें हैं जिनके चलते ये समस्या हो जाती है।

  1. हेपेटाइटिस
  2. पैंक्रियास का कैंसर
  3. बाइल डक्ट का बंद होना
  4. एल्कोहल से संबधी लिवर की बीमारी
  5. सड़क के किनारे, कटी, खुतली, दूषित वस्तुएं और  गंदा पानी पीने से
  6. कुछ दवाओं के चलते भी ये समस्या हो सकती है।

इन लक्षणों से करें पहचान

  1. बिलीरूबिन का स्तर खून में बढ़ने से, त्वचा, नाखून और आंख का सफेद हिस्सा तेजी से पीला होने लगता है।
  2. फ्लू जैसे लक्षण दिखाई देना- इसमें मरीज को ठंड लगती है, बुखार आता है, उल्टियां भी आने लगती हैं।
  3. लिवर की बीमारियों की तरह इसमें मितली आना, पेट दर्द, भूख न लगना और खाना न हजम होना जैसे लक्षण भी दिखाई देते हैं।
  4. वजन घटना
  5. गाढ़ा/पीला पेशाब होना
  6. लगातार थकान महसूस करना

कराएं ये जांचें
ऊपर दिए गए लक्षणों के आधार पर अगर आपको शक है कि पीलिया हुआ है तो तुरंत डॉक्टर के पास जाएं। डॉक्टर को मरीज की शारीरिक जांच से अंदाजा हो जाता है कि उसे पीलिया हो सकता है। खासकर आंखों और त्वचा के रंग से इसकी पहचान हो जाती है। इसके बाद डॉक्टर की सलाह पर बिलीरूबिन टेस्ट, फुल ब्लड काउंट (एफबीसी) या कम्प्लीट ब्लड काउंट (सीबीसी) और हेपेटाइटिस ए, बी और सी के टेस्ट कराएं।

इन बातों का रखें ध्यान

  1. किसी भी बीमारी के दौरान सही खान-पान बेहद जरूरी है। पीलिया के दौरान नियमित भोजन और हल्कीफुल्की एक्सरसाइज की जा सकती है। हालांकिद स्थिति। ज्यादा खराब हो तो परहेज करें और पूरी तरह से आराम को तरजीह दें। इसके अलावा लिक्विड डाइट लें और फलों का जूस पीते रहें। संतरा, नींबू, नाशपती, अंगूर, गाजर,चुकंदर, आंवले का जूस फायदेमंद होता है।
  2. भारी खाना न खाएं। खाने की जगह दलिया खाना बेहतर रहेगा। 
  3. नाश्ते में अंगूर ,सेवफल पपीता ,नाशपती को जगह दें।
  4. नारियल पानी भी इस दौरान काफी फायदेमंद होता है। इसे कम से कम दो बार लें।
  5. इसके अलावा खाने में उबली हुई पालक, मेथी ,गाजर , दो गेहूं की चपाती और एक गिलास छाछ लें।
  6. चिकनाई युक्त पदार्थ जैसे घी ,तेल , मक्खन ,मलाई कम से कम 15 दिन तक न खाएं। इसके बाद थौडी मात्रा में मक्खन या जेतून का तेल उपयोग कर सकते हैं। 
  7. इस दौरान भोजन ऐसा होना चाहिए जिसमें पर्याप्त प्रोटीन, विटामिन सी ,विटामिन ई और विटामिन बी काम्पलेक्स मौजूद हों। ठीक होने के बाद भी भोजन में लापरवाही न बरतें।

करें ये घरेलू उपाय

  1. प्याज पीलिया में काफी फायदेमंद होता है। प्याज छीलकर इसे बारीक काटें फिर पिसी हुई काली मिर्च, थोड़ा काला नमक और नींबू का रस डालकर हर रोज दिन में दो बार लें।
  2. पीलिया में गन्ने का रस काफी फायदा करता है लेकिन ध्यान रखें किये शुद्धता से बनाया गया हो।
  3. लहसुन की तीन,चार कलियां पीसकर दूध के साथ लेने से पीलिया से तुरंत आराम मिलता है और लि।वर भी मजबूत बनता है।
  4. मूली के हरे पत्ते पीलिया में बेहद फायदेमंद है। पत्ते पीसकर रस निकाल लें, फिर छानकर पिएं। इससे भूख बढ़ेगी और आंतें साफ होंगी।
  5. टमाटर का रस पीलिया में लाभकारी है। रस में थोड़ा नमक और काली मिर्च मिलाकर पीएं। स्वास्थ्य सुधरने पर एक दो किलोमीटर घूमने जाएं और कुछ समय धूप में रहें। टमाटर का सूप भी ले सकते हैं।
  6. चने की दाल को रात में पानी में भिगोकर रखें सुबह इसे पानी से निकालकर गुण के साथ खाएं, राहत मिलेगी।

ये आजमाकर देखें
खाने वाला बंगला पान (खाने में थोड़ा तीखा लगता है) लेकर इस पान में चूना और कत्था लगाइए। अब इस पान में आक (आँकौड़ा, अकौना, मदार जामुनी फूल वाला) के दूध की 3-4 बूंद मिलाकर सुबह खा लें।

For Pimples- Faceclin Gel / Aclind Gel For application twice daily over affected area. Face Wash with Rejuglow Facewash/ Episoft OC Cleanser/ Saslic DS Wash. For Dandruff- Keraglo AD Shampoo for application three times in a week. Sebowash Shampoo once in a week. Stop Oil Application.

Dear lybrate user, welcome to lybrate. You must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. If the task is boring, it is natural that that person will sleep or feel sleepy. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Please search internet for" effective learning" techniques. Anyhow, there is nothing to worry. Most of the psychological problems can be cured with scientific therapy methods. Take care.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 5yrs. More to grow further! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

5. Make sure you're getting enough sleep: arthritis pain can interfere with a good night's sleep. However, proper sleep is necessary for overall health.

6. Use ice and/or heat: for many people with arthritis pain, ice can help relieve pain and swelling and heat can help ease stiffness.

Cut a small piece of the aloe vera leaf and apply the fresh gel directly on the burn. You could also mix one teaspoon each of aloe vera gel and turmeric and then apply. If you do not have an aloe vera plant, you can apply a cream that has aloe vera as an ingredient.

What is the main reason for allergies when eating red meat or other meats like mutton etc.

Every person is allergic to one or the other substances present in this world. In you case it would be meat/flesh in some others it many be fish/eggs/tomatoes/brinjal and so on. I would explain a bit to you -- If you are allergic to meat, your body considers meat to be a physical threat. The first time you have this response, your immune system makes specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies to fight the threat off. These antibodies attached to immune cells throughout your body. After that, each time you eat meat, the allergen binds to the IgE antibodies and causes the cells to release massive amounts of histamine and other chemicals to try to protect you. Depending on the tissue in which these antibodies are released, these chemicals will cause you to have symptoms that can range from mild to severe. A severe allergic reaction can include anaphylaxis, a potentially life-threatening reaction that must be treated immediately. A bite from the Lone Star tick can cause people to develop an allergy to red meat, including beef and pork. This specific allergy is related to a carbohydrate called alpha-gal and is best diagnosed with a blood test. Although reactions to foods typically occur immediately, in the instance of allergic reactions to alpha-gal, symptoms often take several hours to develop. Owing to the significant delay between eating red meat and the appearance of an allergic reaction, it can be a challenge to connect the culprit foods to symptoms. For further queries get back to me.

How To Treat Grey Hair Naturally With Home Remedies?

Greying of hair occurs when the pigments which give hair its characteristic color stop working. 6. Curry leaves - Curry leaves contain vitamin B which improves the functioning of the pigments present in the hair follicle. It also provides nourishment to the hair and limits hair fall.

7. Blackstrap molasses - It is a by-product of sugarcane that is rich in minerals such as manganese, calcium and vitamin B. It is also rich in copper that is beneficial to the hair pigment.
