He needs to be given natural aphrodisiacs which can improve his libido.. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. -- include these foods daily in diet as far as possible. Also a dose of Acid Phos 1M/single dose needs to be given Wait and watch for 2 weeks and revert back for further treatment.

I got intimated with my boyfriend on January (no contraception). He did not have ejaculation or we did not have any penetration. While sucking his penis there was a sticky thing I felt and except it nothing came from his penis. I got my period till January February and March but on April no menses. I am diagnosed pcos. I don't think I am pregnant. Is there any chance?

Hi lybrate-user. No its impossible to get pregnant in may by sexual activity in january where you had normal periods in between. Im sure its due to the hormonal disturbance caused by pcod.

Hello, you may conclusively rule out pregnancy with a serum beta hcg test first as its just been 5 days post missed periods and urine pregnancy test can show false negative.

I am just 16 and me partner too.We tried couple of times but failed to penetrate.Last time it was partially inserted and she started bleeding. Its very discouraging.

During pregnancy most women are likely to pay more attention to living healthy and eating a healthy diet, but it is also important to keep a check on the key element during pregnancy - hydration.

When pregnant or breastfeeding, a woman's water requirements are higher than usual and that is why water is needed to form amniotic fluid that surrounds the baby, support the increase in blood plasma volume and produce breast milk.

Hence being well hydrated may help alleviate some pregnancy related conditions.

To help understand the importance of hydration for pregnancy health, emma derbyshire, author of" nutrition in the childbearing years, has provided essential tips for hydration in pregnancy.

1. Water is an excellent beverage choice for mums-to-be. It is natural and helps women to rehydrate without consuming calories and sugars.

2. Women should increase their total water intake by an extra 300ml/day during pregnancy and 700ml/day during breastfeeding.

3. Make water the first choice when it comes to hydration.

4. Water-rich foods such as soups, stews, yoghurts, fruits and vegetables can help top up total water intake.

5. Pregnant women should take frequent small drinks, particularly after the birth of their child when they are busy looking after their new baby.

6. Women breastfeeding should make sure that they are getting enough fluids - try to remember to keep a glass of water on hand when you sit down to feed your baby.

7. Women should reduce their intake of caffeinated and alcoholic beverages

How old is your baby now? stick to tinned milk till 9 months, ven she should be given 3 solid feeds and 3-4 milk feeds. At that age, if she is eating 3 times properly, you can switch to amul milk, that too 2 times plus 2 of your feeds.

We always think of wearing something cosy to bed to get a good night's sleep. We even dress up kids to be comfortable and bundled up so they can get a sound sleep. Studies have shown that contrary to popular belief, sleeping nude is the best way to a sound sleep. In addition to good sleep, there are other benefits that have been identified too, as listed below:

1) Improves sleep quality: While most of us think of keeping ourselves cosy in our nightwear leads to good sleep, science believes otherwise. A reduced core body temperature is what leads to better sleep. This happens when you sleep with no extra layers of clothes to keep you warm. Research conducted showed better depth of sleep and reduced number of awakenings when there are no extra clothing layers.

2) Better skin and hair health: Melatonin and growth hormone are essential for anti-aging and they are released when the body temperature is cooler, which happens when sleeping in the nude. Growth hormone is essential for bone mineralization, improved immunity, and muscle mass building. Melatonin is a good hormone regulator, and manages the functioning of other hormones essential for our body. The armpits and groin area are always covered, and sleeping without clothes can help these areas breathe and feel fresher. The chances of yeast infection are also reduced.

3) Reduced stress levels: The stress hormone cortisol is also optimal, both in release and function, when the body gets a good sleep. This is essential for better immunity and cognitive function, better sugar regulation. Reduced stress leads to reduced chances of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, etc. Therefore, sleeping without clothes helps to better equip you with fighting stress.

4) Weight loss: Our body has two types of fat, both brown and white. While fat helps to keep the body warm, sleeping without clothes burns more of this fat and thereby, increases weight loss. Another mechanism is the good sleep that you get when sleeping without clothes helps improve metabolism, reduce fat and sugar cravings, thereby further adding to weight loss.

5) Improved relationships: Needless to say, getting into the habit of sleeping without clothes will help your sex life. The science behind it is the improved release of oxytocin, which is the cuddle hormone.

6) Better sperm quality: The testes produce better sperm quality when body temperature is cooler, thereby improving male fertility. Warm clothes at night also has a bad effect on testosterone, which is essential for boosting libido and other male sexual features.

There you go, a lot of valid scientifically proven reasons to drop those night suits and pajamas off what is more, there is also a cost saving here!

Hello, It is very common not to have ovulation in every monthly cycle these days, so there is nothing to panic. Schedule modification like exercise early morning, consumption of green tea and certain herbs like alovera, garlic, ginger promote ovulation, so do have in your daily diet. You can also go for ayurvedic treatment if these don't work, it's not a big issue.

its normal in pregnancy, take rest for some time and take During pregnancy, you need to consume extra protein and calcium to meet the needs of the growing fetus Dairy products contain two types of high quality protein: casein and whey. Dairy is the best dietary source of calcium, and provides high amounts of phosphorus, various B-vitamins, magnesium and zinc. Yogurt, especially Greek yogurt, is particularly beneficial for pregnant women It contains more calcium than any other dairy product. Some varieties also contain probiotic bacteria, which support digestive health This group of food includes lentils, peas, beans, chickpeas, soybeans and peanuts. Legumes are excellent plant-based sources of fiber, protein, iron, folate (B9) and calcium, all of which the body needs more of during pregnancy. Folate is one of the B-vitamins (B9). It is very important for the health of the mother and fetus, especially during the first trimester. However, most pregnant women are not consuming nearly enough folate This has been linked with an increased risk of neural tube defects and low birth weight. Insufficient folate intake may also cause the child to be more prone to infections and disease later in life Legumes contain high amounts of folate. One cup of lentils, chickpeas or black beans may provide from 65–90% of the RDA Furthermore, legumes are generally very high in fiber. Some varieties are also high in iron, magnesium and potassium.
