Dear readers,
today we can see when we have to practice breathing exercises for our better
health.
Generally i can say breathing exercises can be practiced at any time when u r not so much tired and when the stomach is not so full.

But the best time for practicing breathing exercises is the time starting 1.5hours before sunrise of that place.In classical text this time is called as 'BRAHMA MUHOORTHA'.There are some controversial discussions on this subject also.
But it is not necessary for us to enter into those subtle arguments in this beginning stage.

So if the sunrise for ur place is 6.30 on that day then u an start to practice breathing exercises from 5.00am onwards.

When you start only 5-10minutes of practice is enough for the first week.
Then we can increase the period of practice based on the need,ability and other conditions of you.

So at first you have to get ready to wake up early in the morning.
Tomorrow after waking up in the morning u can sit quiet for 2-5minutes facing east or north direction.

Is it dificult to wake up in morning?

Pls try.B,cos u can see a lot of different beautiful moments around u in the every morning.

Once u experienced this in morning then most of will wake up in morning to be a part of this beautiful nature.

Dark lips could be a result of dehydration, lack of vitamins and minerals or it could merely be due to pollution, sunburn or pigmentation. The best solution is to drink lots of water and have a healthy diet. Secondly, Scrub your lips regularly and apply lipsense lip balm.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values and that can offer additional support when you need it.

Use a salicylic acid/ glycolic acid based face wash. Get your comedones extracted regularly. Use a water based moisturizer, even oily skin needs hydration. scrub your face two times in week. Use a mud mask weekly. Take salicylic acid or glycolic acid peels every fifteen days or month to improve skin texture, control acne and reduce scars and marks. Take a well balanced nutritious diet and exercise daily. Avoid face massages or application of greasy cosmetics and oils.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. A person with diabetes should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, foods made from maida, colas, fructose corn syrup containing foods. Also red meat. Should consume more of green vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day). Refrain from alcohol & smoking. Always use whole grain flour for roti and chapati. Plus total caloric intake should be based on ideal body weight, extent of daily exercise and blood glucose levels. Thanks.

I am 52 years old active person and I have been regular walker/swimmer but not active from last 4 months. I am a moderate drinker and I hardly smoke. Recently I got my blood test done and my Hb1AC is 6, Fasting Sugar is 120 .I take regular banana shake and egg in the morning and there after I eat four meal. Hello, Do not stop with the medicines. Replace banana shake with oats porridge and check. I do think banana shake can five you a problem, unless you add extra sugar to it.

Pain in uterus no period since 56 days hpt tests negative hair fall is there .last years I had a section and i'm breastfeeding an 18 month old baby .I have a kidney stone 6 mm and had slight urine infection as per a urine test report last month .I had also done a sonography last month it should a renal calculus 6 mm both ovaries uterus and stomach normal pls suggest some medication.

Hello lybrate-user. Painkillers are temporary relief and are not permanent solution. And painkillers have thier own side effects dear. So please don't abuse your body with medications. And ure too young for that. Visit a dentist and beat the problem. Ull be more relieved I hope I answered your question god bless and cheers

I recomend you to go nearby dental clinic and get your teeth cleaned (scaling n root planing. Maintain proper oral hygiene by regular brushing. Nd do warm saline rinses twice a day. Apply thermoseal ra on expised surfaces. You will get relief soon.

Blood glucose - homeopathic medicine is safe and effective for any age, for this you can contact me through lybrate. And you can follow the diet chart its helps to maintain blood glucose level and exercise help to increase metabolism - walking, jogging, cycling, meditation, yoga etc etc and good sleep. Diabetes diet for indians- should have the ratio of 60: 20: 20 for carbs, fats and proteins. Per day calorie intake should be between 1, 500-1, 800 calories with a proportion of 60: 20: 20 between carbohydrates, fats and proteins, respectively. He adds that a diabetes diet should" have at least two seasonal fruits and three vegetables in a diet plan. Though dry fruits may seem like a healthy snack, it is not a good option for diabetics, as the fructose can spike your sugar level. Go for fresh fruits rather than dry fruits for diabetes control (but there are some restrictions. We'll come to it). But you can still opt for nuts as a healthy snack. For homeopathic treatment you can contact me through lybrate. Diabetes diet for indians: - one teaspoon of methi seeds soaked overnight in 100 ml of water is very effective in controlling diabetes. - drink tomato juice with salt and pepper every morning on an empty stomach. - intake of 6 almonds (soaked overnight) is also helpful in keeping a check on diabetes. Vegetables rich in fibre help lowering down the blood sugar levels and thus are healthy. Good fats such as omega-3 and monounsaturated fats (mufa) should be consumed as they are good for the body. Natural sources for these are canola oil, flax seed oil, fatty fish and nuts. These are also low in cholesterol and are trans fat free. Fruits high in fibre such as papaya, apple, orange, pear and guava should be consumed. Mangoes, bananas, and grapes contain high sugar; therefore these fruits should be consumed lesser than the others. Small frequent meals: a large meal gives rise to higher blood sugar in one's body, therefore it is essential to take small frequent meals to prevent both higher and very low blood sugar values and keep them constant. Small in between snacks can be dhokla, fruit, high fibre cookies, butter milk, yogurt, upma/poha with vegetables etc. A person with diabetes should follow a diet which is low in carbohydrates, high in fibre and contains adequate amounts of proteins, vitamins and minerals; and avoid fatty foods and sweets. He/she should also take frequent small meals (5 meals pattern). What not to do: artificial sweeteners can be used in cakes and sweets for diabetic people (in moderation). Have lots of fluid. Limit intake of alcohol. Non - vegetarian in non-vegetarian diet, seafood and chicken can be taken rather than red meat as red meat contains higher amount of saturated fats. Also, patients with high cholesterol should avoid egg yolk and red meat. The diabetes diet for indians includes carbohydrates, proteins and fats. As always, a balanced and planned diet can build and improve personal health. A controlled diabetes diet may seem like a drag and bore, but a good cook can add life to a diet.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.

Hello, Age doesn't control hairloss it all depends how you nourish it externally and internally. Hormonal changes , water or stress can also cause hairloss. Try to analyse and find the cause of your problem. Drink more water , eat fresh seasonal fruits and salads . Apply combination of coconut and castor oil (warm it up a little) . Your periods can get disturbed with I pill now you wait for them sometimes it may take a couple of cycles for them to get regular.
