You may have developed a fissure (a small cut in the anal skin). Take sitz bath at least twice a day. Avoid constipation. Take plenty of fluids, fibre and fruits. Avoid spices and fried food. If it doesn't help please consult a surgeon. Thanks.

How can I get Whiter and Fair Skin And also how can I Reduce Dark spots on my Face can you please Help me.
Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet . A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your face. 7.Apply Multani mitti pack on the face, wash it off after it dries.

Do not scrub your face while washing because scrubbing on inflamed skin aggravates the acne. Use a gentle cleanser made with natural ingredients or herbs rather than chemical preparations. Do not use scented soaps and use a mild anti-bacterial soap if possible. Try not to apply cosmetics regularly or use non-greasy light make-up of repute. Do not sleep with your makeup on. Hi lybrate-user There is no cream or medicine which make lip less pigmented. Ideally you should consult with a good doctor for laser treatment. Application of wrong medicine can burn your lip. Thanks
