your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i.e dairy products,non-veg,fruits(banana,dates,mango,anzeer.)go for gym for 1 hour everyday. after this if your weight remain same. it means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i.e thyroid profile.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

What can be done to treat dandruff and hair fall? I have dandruff for the past 8 years.
To prevent hair fall follow these methods & instructions: • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. For dandruff problem: Take a bowl of curd, leave this for one day for making it sour and after that apply this curd on your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse it with water. Apply this in day time ONCE A WEEK. Do not apply in evening or night.

Hi Apurva.... if your periods are regular then there should not be any issue.. it sometimes takes time... just avoid any kind of stress and do the regular follow up... If you does not success then I will say consult for homoeopathic treatment..will see to that I can help you as much as possible...

The following can help :- 1- Mouth opening exercises. 2- Do masage with steroidal ointment on buccal mucosa. 3- Inj Hydrocortisone mix with inj Hylase by injecting submucously on buccal mucosa and anterior pillars are also helpfull. 4- If above fails to give desired responce than operation Z-plasty is quite helpfull.

The hair didn't grow in some minute places on my face. I mean I have moustache like this , there is no hair grown in that space. Hope, you understand. Elders are saying that, still I have age for it. Hello, it is a natural problem, some people do not get thick beard and it is perfectly fine. You may wait, you are still young. You should keep for face clean shaved if scarcely placed hair are giving you a problem. You can try applying beardo oil. Even if they do not come, you can go for hair transplant.

Hi. Let me you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or hairloss- hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smooking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert me back. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness). Get your blood tested for - CBC, S. Iron, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Lot many causative factors are there for consistent acne and pimples. Psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, idiopathic urticaria, and acne are known to be exacerbated by psychological stress and are also associated with sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep try using berberis aquifolium cream (homeo), maintain strict diet regimen avoid oily, spicy, sour foods bathe with neem soap. Go for regular exercise like brisk walkin for 30 minutes daily,, reduce weight if you are obese,, Avoid stress, avoid dietary sugar like bread, pasta, use healthy fats like olive oil, take zinc containing food like milk, meat,fish, cheese, beans, yogurt, vitamin D supplement. Take one capsule of Zevit daily.

Premature Ejaculation - Ayurvedic Treatment For It!

Premature ejaculation is the uncontrolled ejaculation that occurs when a man experiences orgasm and expels semen soon after sexual intercourse. One out of the three men faces this problem. If it is happening on a regular basis, then it is a cause of concern.

Causes for premature ejaculation

Biological cause

  1. Abnormal hormone level
  2. Abnormal levels of brain chemicals
  3. Thyroid problem
  4. Damage of nervous system
  5. Infection in the urethra or prostate
  6. Heredity
  7. Psychological cause
  8. Erectile dysfunction
  9. Anxiety about intercourse
  10. Cultural guilt related to sexual pleasure
  11. Relationship problems

This problem can be treated using modern techniques like sex therapy, medication or cognitive behavior therapy. Our ancient Indian literature like 'kamasutra' describes various methods of ayurvedic treatment by combining various herbs and natural ingredients. 

Following are some of the ayurvedic ingredients for treating premature ejaculation:

  1. Safed musli (Chlorphytum Borivillianum): It is a small herbs rich in saponnins. It acts as natural source of antioxidants.
  2. Kali musli (Curculigo Orchiodes): It is a small herb rich natural tannins. It's a small shrub having thick leaves. 
  3. Semal museli (Salmalia Malabarica): It is a herb the extracts of which contains tannic acid and gallic acid as active chemicals.
  4. Gokshur (Tribulus Terrestris): It is a herb that acts as a urinary bladder cleanser.
  5. Shatavari (Asparagus Racemosus): It is a herb that helps overcome physical weakness.
  6. Ashwagandha(Withania Somniferum): It is a dense and hairy shrub that boosts stamina, gives rejuvenation and helps in secretion of semen.
  7. Akarkara (Anacyclus Pyrethrum): It is a hairy shrub that improves the level of stamina.
  8. Jaiphal (Myristica Fragrans): The barks and leaves of jaiphal boosts energy and fights microbial infections.

The above mentioned ingredients can be combined together in form of a 'churan' and can be taken to overcome problems of premature ejaculation. Ayurveda is the oldest form of medicine providing natural solution with no side effects. Hello, its called as amlapitta in ayurveda. Try this house hold tip- a) take one clove and one green cardomom with warm water. B) avoid late night sessions, go to bed before 10. C) drink cold milk. D) avoid spicy and fried food.

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. If you do regular exercises you can lose weight. To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume a day from your diet, if you burn 3000 calories, you’ll lose a pound a week. People who lose weight slowly, about 1 to 2 pounds per week, are more successful at keeping the weight off. You'll also burn additional calories if you increase your physical activity. You weight-loss plan should do all of the following: •Emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. •Include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. •Contain foods low in saturated fats, avoid trans fats, and limit cholesterol and salt (sodium). •Avoid refined sugars and processed foods. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Noting how you feel when you eat will help you identify emotional triggers that may cause you to overeat. Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. Hi lybrate-user, glad that you asked this question. Some times the metabolism in the system is very fast. So you don't gain weight easily. Eat frequently. Also take up weight training to build on your muscles. Include a lot of protein rich foods in your diet like fish, grilled chicken, eggs, sprouts, nuts and oilseeds, paneer post the workout. You are still 18 years, in a year or two with hormonal changes things should fall in place. All the bes.
