A three-step plan to relieve pain

1. Always do stretches and back strengthening exercises in the morning before the day's activities tire the back and at night to relax the muscles after a long day!

2. Use a cushion/or a back support when you sit on a chair. Use an ergonomic chair to sit at your desk. Take breaks every hour and walk around even to drink water or for making a cup of green tea! be mobile, but not on the mobile!

3. De-stress. Wellness encompasses mind and body relaxation. So meditate and breathe right. Eat healthy. Sleep well.

From your question I would advice the following treatment. > make sure that you tie a crape bandage around your hand and elevate your hand for 1 hour daily. This will reduce the swelling. >you could start with the usage of ice packs daily for your hands. >your pain and swelling should come down.

Hi try to control this situation by your mind. Beleive me everything is in the mind. I suggest you some flower remedy available in all homoeopathy shops. Mix 10 drops of olive +! 0 drops of hornbeam mix these with 50 ml water and consume orally by mouth every 12 hours. Try this for 2 months.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

For the initial treatment, all you do to relieve back pain is apply hot water bag right on the painful area for 10-15 minutes depending on your heat tolerance. Avoid bending forwards from your back. Forward your leg in front, bend your knee and then try picking up things from the floor (if needed) 1. Tuck your tummy in while standing, walking, sleeping, lifting and doing all household activites to keep yout core engaged 2. Ensure sleeping on left side with right leg bent forwards supported well under sufficient pillows Feel free to ask more questions later Take care.

When leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. 1. Wrap a few ice cubes (or a bag of frozen peas) in a thin towel. 2. Apply this pack on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, while keeping the leg (s) elevated. 3. Do this a few times a day. Note: do not apply ice directly on the skin, as it may cause frostbite. Also take mag phos 6x - twice daily. Consult me for homeopathic treatment. Release your shin with the help of tennis ball or Foam roller. Correct your way of running. Avoid running in road.

Hi first you should consult a physician for total body check up and tests to be done. In this condition your diet and weight plays a crucial role. It may be due to any inflammatory condition in body. Take lots of water, green vegetables, fruits in your diet. Exercise daily and try to reduce minimum 10% of your present body weight. You will be surely benefitted, thanks.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Stiffness might have developed due to weakness of the ligaments & inflammed cartilage. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee if your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.
