Hello, I am suffering from kidney stone. I have done scanning and got. Stone forming size about 4-5 mm. What can I do? To washout kidney stone. Please give some suggestion.

Dear, causes of kidney stones are * urinary infections * intake of less quantity of fluids & water * high intake of non vegetarian diets like eggs, red meat, fish. * high intake of calcium rich diet like milk tomatoes, spinach. * hormonal disorders (hyperparathyroidism) you should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones. 8. You can also take neeri syrup 1-2 table spoon with a glass of water at least for 1 month.

What is size and site of stone? Take plenty of fluids. 24 hour urine to collect and to send for ph, uric acid ,calcium, oxalate,citrate, sodium and others. Accordingly restrict in diet. For example-- low oxalate diet if excretion of oxalate is more.

Find Your Pelvic Floor Muscles – Finding the PC muscle is easy. The next time you’re urinating, stop or slow your pee mid-flow. The muscles used to stop urinating is your PC muscle. Don’t actually tense legs, abdomen or butt cheek muscles, instead focus on lifting your entire pelvic floor upward. Most importantly, continue to breathe through the contraction of your pelvic floor. If you’re able to stop or slow your urine in mid-stream, you’ve just successfully located and contracted your pelvic floor muscles! If you’re having a hard time, it’s the same set of muscles you use to tighten your anus. Now you’re ready to Kegel. Contract Your Pelvic Floor Muscles – When you’re ready to do Kegel exercises for men, the first thing you need to do is contract your pelvic floor muscles. Hold the Kegel Contraction – Hold that contraction for as long as you can. Most men can’t hold a Kegel at first for no more than a couple of seconds. Some may not be able to hold it at all. That’s OK, that’s what penis exercises are for – to make you stronger! Make a note of how long you can hold the Kegel. Release the Kegel Contraction and Repeat – Release the squeeze and repeat, for ten repetitions. Gradually build up your Kegels until you can hold them for 10 seconds each.
