Hi, Lybrate user, •Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening  for  45 mnts to enshape your whole body.    •Tk, 3/4 litres  of water to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.    •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.    •Opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.   •Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.• 3 breads,  1 bowl of pulses,  1 bowl of green  veggies and 1 bowl of curds in lunch,  repeat the same In dinner.     •Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.     •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. Hello lybrate user for increasing your wt you have to take more protein in your diet like milk, dairy products, meat, fish, chicken etc. You can also use protein powder for drinking. Also take ashawgandha powder 2tsf in warm milk glass at bed time you can add some sugar in that for sweetness.

Have lots of water, green leafy vegetables, include protein rich diet like eggs, soy protein, and daily some fruits. Don't forget to do some exercises daily as it increases the blood flow which enhance glow. Ctm routine daily before going to bed, n hv good sleep.

Hair fall will not cured within one day. Keep patience &treat it properly. Warm a bit of coconut oil and massage it from your hair root to tip. Wash after one hour. Alog with add jabrondi homoeopathic hair oil. Or, grate a coconut and squeeze out its milk by mixing in a little water. Apply it on the area where you notice thinning or balding. Let it stay overnight and wash off the next morning.

Use soap free facewash. Use cleanser to keep it clean Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

It may be fungal infection due to humid and wet climate. Wear loose and cotton clothes. Keep the private parts dry. Change underclothes regularly use ironed cloths, apply oil after bath. Take anti fungal treatment.

You can have protein packed good items, as proteins are the building blocks of our body. Protein rich food items which you can have on regular basis for increasing weight are sprouts, bananas, eggs, tofu, milk, cottage cheese, soya products, soya milk. Have atleast 1bowl of mixed sprouts daily. You can have as many as 6 bananas throughout the day. Eggs either boiled, fried, or in the form of omelet helps in wieght gain. Best results are seen if raw egg is taken along with milk. Soyabeans and soya products are good source of proteins. Milk and milk products, banana shakes helps in gaming weight. Keep snacking after every 4 hours. This will boost your metabolism and helps in weight gain.
