Dear lybrate user, welcome to lybrate. You must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. If the task is boring, it is natural that that person will sleep or feel sleepy. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Take care.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine.medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -A physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

1. Start your stop smoking plan with =S T A R T S- Set a date for quitting smoking. Choose a date within next two weeks, so that you have enough Time to prepare without losing your motivation to quit T- Tell your family, friends and co-workers that you want to quit so that they can give support and encouragement A-Anticipate and plan for the challenge you will face while quitting like crave for cigarettes and Nicotine withdrawal symptoms R- Remove Cigarettes, lighter, Ash tray,, matches etc from home, car or work place T- Talk to your doctor about getting help to quit and to deal with Nicotine withdrawal symptoms 2.Distract yourself to keep your mind off smoking like concentrate on some work, watching TV, playing games, reading books/magazines, listen to music, cross word puzzle or playing online games etc 3.
