Do meditation daily. Take natmur-0/1 pills (homoeo medicine), add 12 pills in one glass of water and rotate anti clockwise 12 times. Take 2tsp every half an hour. Repeat daily.

Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibres, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. You do not have to do rigorous exercise to lose weight but start with something small. Let us say 8 minute workout. Go to you tube and type 8 minute workout and you will see many options. Pick one which you like and can do. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some expert who can help you in this over extended period of time. Best wishes.

  1. Fever : Ayurveda advises do not have to take any food in presence of fever, and then after give decoction of Chirayata (Kirayata) often and often.
  2. Chronic Fever : Give Guduchi Satva churna 1 to 2 grams thrice a day with cow milk in chronic fever.
  3. Poison : Poisonous effect carried out from any insects; give 1 – 2 grams powder of Shirish Seed every two hours.
  4. Baldness : Firstly remove all hairs from scalp and then after apply paste made from ashes of elephant teeth and Rasvanti.

Diet plan for weight gain In the present, where countless people are trying to lose their weight, there also many people who are underweight, and trying to gain some weight. While, being thin is something that, an over weighted person is dreaming about, it is not such as enjoyable feeling to be skinny for a thing person. At the same time, being too thin can also lead to many kinds of health-associated problems. Therefore, it is extremely essential to put on some weight. If, you also an underweight person and trying to gain some weight then, a healthy diet plan can help in this regard a lot. However, the fast foods and sweets can increase the weight; also accumulate fats in body, which are not healthy. Thus, it is necessary to follow a healthy diet plan that is healthy and nutritious. In order to gain weight, it is necessary to eat more than normal. The diet should be high in calories and proteins. High proteins intake is necessary for muscles weight. You should not stop or minimize the intake of carbohydrates and fats at any condition. At the same time, you must remember that all these foods are excellent sources of energy, which is essential for the body to function. Moreover, you should break your three meals into five or six sections. For instance, you can add 3 or 4 snacks with your three heavy meals. Here is a list of some high calorie foods that can help in gaining some weight. Vegetables – Vegetables are high in nutritious and should be included in every diet for all meals. You should consume all kinds of vegetables especially, starchy vegetables such as carrots, corn, potatoes, winter squash, pea and many more. Fruits – Fruits also contain many kinds of nutrition, vitamin, minerals and calories. In order to gain weight, it is necessary to comprise the high calorie fruits such as apple, pineapple, banana, pear and dried fruits as snacks between your meals. Cereals – Cereals such as nuts, granola, oat bran, wheat bran can also help in gaining weight. Therefore, you should add them in your diet. You can also add some fruits, nuts and take them by mixing with low fat milk. Beverages – You should also include some fruit juices, soft drinks, fruit smoothies, and low fat milk in your daily diet to gain weight. Moreover, drinking adequate amount of water in a day is necessary to detoxify your body properly. Consumption of drinks like tea, coffee and alcohol should also stop or minimize. Together with above foods and eatables, you should also try to have different types of soups, salads, dairy products like eggs, cheese, and butter. Eating more than normal is not enough to gain weight, it is also necessary to do some physical activities. So, you should also exercise on regular basis. It considered that, gaining weight is easier as comparing to losing. However, gaining healthy weight can be a difficult task than just gaining weight. So follow a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and put on some healthy weight.

Hello, both ayurveda and homoeopathy are good options of treatment. Here I am suggesting you the homoeopathic treatment. Dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take arnica q and cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with b&t anti- dandruff shampoo. Home remedies are as follows:- coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturizes dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. 1. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. 2. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. 3. Follow this remedy two to three times a week. Revert me after 1 month.

Switch off ur phone at 11pm because ur biological clock is disturbed dy your habits. So if u not get 6-8 hours of good sleep then u might behave irrationally. Use kali phos 6 x 4 tabs thrice daily.

Dear lybrate-user -you can avoid thirst by taking ample water daily provided you don't have any existing heart disease. You should get ecg, echo and heart examination (with a physician/ cardiologist) done to know the cause of your problems. Frequently anemia or silent diabetes may also be the cause.

These are all common symptoms of acid peptic disease (acidity). Regurgitation of acid is the reason for your voice problem. Possibility of gall stones which cause same symptoms have to be ruled out by sonography of abdomen. You will have to avoid fried, spicy food. Take frequent small meals instead of large ones. Eat more vegetables, fruits and make lifestyle changes such as adequate sleep, stress relieving measures such as practicing meditation. If all these do not work out consult a gastroenterologist who shall prescribe acid blocker medications for your problem.
