My wife is suffering from HT and polyuria. She is also suffering from Parkinson’s disease. She had CABG done in 2005 followed by Angioplasty done in 2014 and 2016. Currently she is suffering from polyuria and Nocturia. There is no improvement with Silodal 8, Soliten 5 or Roliten 2. She has lost 30 kgs wt and has become very weak and frail.

Hi, I suggest, you go to a neurologist for loss of weight as chief complaint, here is some stuff which might help you: Eat small, frequent meals, every two to three hours, or eat a nutritious snack between meals. Eat foods you enjoy. Save your energy for eating by keeping easy-to-prepare foods on hand. Stimulate your appetite by seasoning food with herbs, spices and sauces. Include some high-calorie foods like cream and butter (if recommended by your primary care provider) in your diet. Consider drinking a nutritional supplement, such as Ensure® or Carnation® Breakfast Essentials™. Avoid filling up on coffee, tea and clear soups. Limit fatigue by choosing foods that are easy to chew (e.g. Smoothies, ground meats or other soft proteins) and asking for help in cutting other foods (meat) into smaller pieces. Increase consumption of whole grains (whole grain rice, breads). BUT THESE SHOULD BE ONLY TAKEN AFTER ADVISE FROM A NEUROLOGIST.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

Ive had insomnia since 8 days ago. I have small amounts of sleeping and when im falling asleep my heart shake got impulse or something. Im scary of that. You are having tachycardia while you are trying to sleep due to which you are worried too much. You may be a type a type of personality. Too ambitious and aggressive type one way it is not bad. You may be having stress and strain and anxiety neurosis. Duebtonwhich you are having all these symptoms. So try to think rationally. Go slow and have some meditation. If possible. Go morning walk followed by free hand exercises. And take plenty of homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. And you may get your blood pressure checked up preferably basal bp. It will be ok.

How to stop migraine in 3 minutes

Migraine pain can be very excruciating and can go on for days at an end. Only those who suffer from it know how blinding the pain can be and how badly it disrupts your life and daily schedule right at its onset. At most times, you end up taking painkillers which do not give permanent or immediate relief from pain.

There is one antidote which is known to stop migraine pain in just 3 minutes.
To make this antidote, you will need lemon juice, peel of a lemon and some himalayan salt. Himalayan salt is important because the crystals are packed with rich nutrients - as many as 84!

Mix two teaspoons of himalayan salt with juice of two lemons and grated crust of one lemon. Put the mixture in a jug or a bottle and add a glass of water. Shake or stir it well and drink this water in one go. While the drink doesn't taste very good, it has amazing properties and cures migraine pain within the next three minutes.

Follow the tips *avoid caffeine and nicotine. *refrain from consumption of alcoholic drinks before bed. *avoid large meals and beverages late at night. *it is good to exercise, but not too late in the day. *don't take naps after 3 p. M. *have the right sunlight exposure. *take a hot water bath before going to bed. *relaxation before going to bed helps. *a good sleeping environment can be helpful. *don't stay awake for long time in bed. *say no to late-night television. Follow the tips and consult privately if you continue to have difficult sleeping.

Hi, take tab. Migrakot 1-1-1 with ginger juice. Apply ginger paste on the forehead. Instill cephagraine nasal drops 2 drops to each nostril 3 time a day. You can undergo panchakarma treatment like nasya or shirodhara after checking with an ayurvedic doctor.
