You shud wear some braces while walking for a while. You may also consider getting an mri done to know the extent of tear. Ultimately you hav to be properly assessed by an orthopaedist for proper management.

hi, cost of CBT varies counselor to counselor. it also depends upon the number of sessions a person requires. number of session depends upon the person's response to the counselling session .

Diet rich in natural, fresh fruits on a daily basis will help increase the strength. Recent research indicates consuming edible Coconut Oil daily ( about 25 to 50 ml) helps in recovery from all kinds of Nerve, brain, function. Pomegranate daily (seed and skin also) has proves to aid in blood vessel health, reduction of wear-tear repair. Modern research indicate the following: Rock salt helps in body repair. I am really having health problem like indigestion and stomach aches. If I have rich food it make my condition bad. But I am big foodie. So if I don't eat then I can't be well either side my brain bust if I don't have my desire food. So please help to avoid these kind of problem either by medicine or counselling.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

My skin is oil face little. I confused what to use for healthy skin instead of Vaseline petroleum gel or lotions etc. I heard that kumkumadi oil is best and have more benefits. Coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil and kumkumadi oil among them which GOOD and best for healthy and fair skin pls tell me.

Hello lybrate-user, if you are having oily skin then you need to avoid use of oil based cream instead of it you can use aqua based creams (this information can be obtained by reading the contents of cream). Besides this you should drink 2-3 liters water daily. Wash your face 5-6 times a day with normal/lukewarm water. Do 30-45 minutes vigorous exercise (sweating is essential). Avoid too much chemical usage over skin.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Psychologist Shivani Misri Sadhoo shares that the best way to develop self-confidence is not to act confident or to depend on mental diversions but to get rid of the unhealthy mental habits. Here are some unknown habits that can kill self-confidence:-

BEING PERFECTIONIST

Being perfectionist can act both for and against the person. It can improve life skills like ability to scrutinize, revise and to maintain mental alertness for a task on the same time too much of perfectionism can develop conditional self-esteem. People tend to like themselves when they do well and they forget that nobody can do well, all the time.

To combat perfectionism, person should try to get rid of the “shoulds” and give themselves credit for trying. They should stop seeing mistakes as a disaster and should try to focus on the bigger picture and find more compassionate ways to view the situation.

THINKING ABOUT FAILURE

Some people develop a mental habit to look at life through the lenses of failure. Such a mental habit acts like a self-fulfilling prophecy. The person may start to act in an insecure manner that doesn’t inspire the confidence of potential bosses or customers, or they may start do a careless job because they know their work isn’t good anyway. To overcome a mind-set of failure the person needs to start accepting that every new opportunity in life is a fresh start and it holds a chance to learn from previous mistakes and act differently.

Dear patient, delayed development of beard and mustache are due to less production of testosterone hormone. Start giving her dashmoolarishtam 15 ml twice a day for 45 days after food. See if she is overweight, make her do yoga & light exercise. Give more milk & ghee in her diet. She will be alright. God bless.
