Masturbation does not cause pimples. Masturbation is a very healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Once or twice a day is very much normal. Nearly 99% of men and more than 60% of women masturbate. It starts from adolescence and goes on in some people even till death. The pleasure (orgasm) from masturbation is said to be unique from sexual intercourse. In men, most of the liquid contains only water and some fructose and hormones. Hence it does not drain your energy. Many equate masturbation/ seminal fluid loss to lack of energy, impotency and so on. Many quacks, religious heads and pseudo healers also propagate the idea that masturbation is a disorder/ and wrongful behavior and instil fear on the mind of innocent men and women (we can see posters in train and bus stand, offering help for this behavior). Consult a psychiatrist, if you have excessive masturbation guilt or compulsive masturbation. Perfect answer can come only on direct viewing the patient. Protein is ok to take. You need to walk a little bit. That will avoid wieght gain.

* First you have to make your mind relaxed & free from the thought of sexual desire. For that practice ANULOM-VILOM PRANAYAM in the morning for atleast 5-8 minutes daily. * Do YOGASANA namely PADMASANA & GORAKSHASANA daily for 8-10 minutes. * Completely avoid all addiction of ALCOHOL & SMOKING. * Avoid intake of Peanuts, Gur ,Til, Garam masalas, almonds, wallnuts, Kaju, Pista. * Avoid watching any type of adult movies, books & any pictures. * Make goals in the life to achieve as soon as poosible. Sex is not the main part of life but it is only natural desire so focus more on studies & profession. * Work out in the morning daily such as a long walk, running or exercises in gym or home to get focus on yourself.

For weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

You need diet as per chart, exercise, yoga postures and herbal remedies together will be effective. Instead of fruit juices take seasonal fruits as such, chocolate may not be useful.

Severe constipation can cause bleeding from yje rectum as the stool is very hard and causing tissue damamge eat plenty of fruits and vegetables daily to create a softer stool.
