avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after. take balanced diet. avoid stress.

parkinsonism mainly manifest as slowness due to increased muscle tone..patient has slowness in walking slowness in eating..he or she has generalised bodyaches, heaviness in body. facial expressions decreases so much dat face appears as mask....most important feature is tremulousness of the limbs tremors will first appear in one limb then progress to involve other limbs...slowly slowly body become rigid and patient has difficulty in walking..and later on patient can become bed bound...

Hello I am not having my periods by 15 days late, 5 to 6 time I tested in pregnancy kit every time got the negative response and also test blood test having 1.20 result still not getting it is m pregnant?

If the blood pregnancy test hCG is under 5 mIU/ml, then the test will be considered negative so your pregnancy test is not positive till now You have to wait for more 5 days and repeat test again.

1.In PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome )many small cysts appear in ovary-causing hormonal imbalance and .there is production of excess Testosterone. Diet rich in Omega 3 Fatty acid reducece excess Testosterone and can be used in the treatment 2.They secrete more androgen 3.The symptoms are weight gain,acne, decreased ovulation, irregular period, infertility, depression, extra facial and body hair, hair loss from scalp, insulin resistance causing Diabetes. 4.it is genetically inherited,runs in families 5.it can be diagnosed by pelvic laparoscopy/vaginal ultrasound. 6.Treatment-surgery/anti androgen therapy 7.consult gynecologist for advice and treatment Precaution 1.Eat vegetable,fruits, nuts, bean, whole grain food 2. Hi, I have a 19 month old daughter. She is always throwing tantrums and gets upset over small things. She cries a lot when we don't give her whatever she desires and eventually has her way. I don't want to spoil her and need help to understand her psychology and control her behavior.

This is the terrible twos. The child was once the center of the world and has to now adjust to the fact that you are going to have to meet some of your own needs before hers. She will not be able to take it for some time. You need to set boundaries and let the child know that she will not be neglected but she must develop a little patience. She will throw tantrums to force the attention from you and she will try to control you too. Help her tide over this phase without rejecting her. For example, you can tell her to stop crying when she wants something until you are available or finished doing whatever you are doing. She can cry a little but do not allow her to whine or holler for too long. She will also learn anger management at a child level with these types of behaviors. Don?t ever deprive her of love. As this process unfolds, she will develop good self-control and will be a fabulous child as time flies by. Later on you will also find it easy with her for this worthwhile investment. It may last for a year maximum, if handled well.

Healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it's about feeling great, having more energy, improving your health, and stabilising your mood. If you feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition and diet advice out there, you're not alone. It is very common that you come across an expert, advising you to avoid a certain food, and there is another one suggesting exactly the opposite of it.

What you can do

  1. Learn how your diet affects your mental as well as your physical health
  2. Set yourself up for success by making changes gradually
  3. Don't think of food as "off limits"
  4. Reduce your portion size and fill yourself up with more fruits and veggies
  5. Learn to spot hidden sugar in your food and avoid it 
  6. Differentiate between healthy and unhealthy fats
  7. Find out how fiber intake can fill you and help lose weight
  8. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of water

You all know that eating right can help you maintain a healthy weight and avoid certain health problems.   2. Have smaller frequent meals throughout the day
  3. Avoid eating late at night
  4. Cut back on sugar
  5. Moderation and not feeling stuffed is the key to a healthy diet
  6. You need a balance of proteins, fats, fibers, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals to sustain a healthy body

What should I do?
1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4. If no relief do blood examination like CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor5. Consult for further advice

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it.
