I have a desk job and my weight increased in last two year 80 to 100. From last one month I joined gym and loose 5kgs. I am doing cardio plus gym for 1: 30 to 2: 00 hrs daily. But speed of loose weight is very slow and I get tired very soon while working out. Let me know how can I increase my stamina and loose weight in good speed.

It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you may not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.

You can take it safely.. Along with it Use antidandruff shampoo daily.Use keshkanti oil from Ramdev at bedtime it is really effective Do pranayam daily for ten minutes. Avoid junk food and fried food.

Actually I was virgin I had sex nearby my date so does it causes any delay in periods. As my partner does’t cum inside me. Its been 3 day today I usually get down in these days. What will you prefer I should do?

Normally period is delayed only when there is pregnancy but sometimes could be hormonal imbalance. If period is missed to do urine pregnancy test.

Most important symptom is missed period. There r other symptoms but all of them appear 2 weeks after the missed period. Those r nausea, vomiting, breast fullness and increased urination. If you have a missed period then you should get urine pregnancy test done at home after 7 days of missed period to confirm it.

Hi dear. Your BMI (body mass index) is 42 which is very high and you are young but it may a serious issues on your health as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes in later life. So that you need to reduce your flab in an urgent basis. Avoid fried food, spicy & junk food, refine sugar contain food (maida, basan,) Potato, soda cold drinks, Banana. Take salad & Fibre contain food. Do brisk walk for 45 min. For diet chart you have to take consultation. Thanks.

Take protein rich food with mineral like calcium, zinc and magnesium---eggs, milk products, seeds, pulses, dry fruits etc. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and greens provide carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption of food and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Hi How soon can we resume weight training. I was diagnosed with 1.diffuse disc bulge at L3-L4. Moderate size broad-based posterocentral disc protrusion causes secondary central spinal canal stenosis, narrowing of bilateral neural foramina, mild compression on L5 traversing and abuts the L4 exiting nerve roots. I will much better and in no pain after 10 days of back exercise suggested by my physiotherapist.

1. Continue with Spinal Exercises for one month minimum 2. Wear lumber spine belt in Gym when you start with Exercises 3. Initially start with cardio exercises only. 4. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.
