Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, whereas when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow The diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hi. As there are many causes of pain in stomach, will have to rule out them one by one and for that need your detailed case history. Accordingly, investigations would be advised. Meantime, take homoeopathic medicine - Mag. Phos. 6x/ after every 2 hrs.

If you have missed your periods its better if you get following tests done. 1) Ultrasound lower abdomen 2) Thyroid profile 3) serum prolactin level 4) complete blood count. further treatment will depend on the cause. sometimes due to depression or stress also periods get delayed.

Hi Lybrate-user, Here are 13 tips for you to get started: 1. Eat a lot 500 extra calories a day = 1 extra pound gained per week. 2. Eat a lot of good things 3. Protein = building block for your muscles. 4. Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle. 5. Keep track of everything you eat. 6. Compound exercises are your friend. 7. Appearance is a consequence of fitness. 8. When exercising, keep your rest between sets to a minute or less, and don’t do more than 12 reps in a set. 9. Let your muscles rest. 10. Sleep. 11. Cardio is your enemy. 12. Make it part of your routine. 13. Realize you will put on some fat.

Do not worry about size as far as you get good erection and timngs. Women vagina initial 2 inches is sensitive so size aythg bigger than 2 inch is sufficient. Imprtant is good erection and timings. Consult for detailed discssion and solve your erection and timing issues.

Hello docs, I am 28 years old and I am obese. My weight is 105 kgs. Height is 5'11 I am now doing running jogging walking and joined gym. M also eating vegetables and avoiding junk food. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

hello.. food lodgment can be due to pocket formation in your gums or may be due to caries. Please get the proper check up. getthe xray done to know if there is any bone loss which leads to gum residing down between teeth. Consult periodontist for the same. Thank you DrJagrati

No one else can do it for u, you have to take charge of your life n body, motherhood completes you, does not stress you unless you perceive it that day, plan your day well, make a time table n stick tio it, incorporate 45mins of exercise n pranayama for yourself, sometimes take a break from daily routine, do not be too sensitive about what others say:)

Hello, main causes of sleeping disorders are as follows:- significant life stress (job loss or change, death of a loved one, divorce, moving) illness. Emotional or physical discomfort. Environmental factors like noise, light, or extreme temperatures (hot or cold) that interfere with sleep. Do meditation every morning. Take kali phos 6x, 5 tabs every night. Take avena sativa q, 10 drops and passiflora q, 30 drops, mix them in half cup of water and drink it, half an hour before your bed time, daily for a month. This will definitely help you. Thanks.

Dear lybrateuser, -The metabolism of protein requires more water than carbohydrates & fats, so you have to increase your water intake as you are consuming more proteins, sweating causes dryness of skin therefore have more water after your workout , it is not related to the protein intake.

My husband is 42 year .he has a problem of migraine headache not frequently but sometimes. His blood pressure is 145/100 though he doesn't have history of high blood pressure but since few days his bp is fluctuating between 140 /100 to 130/90. Right now he's staying in Australia. And we all are in India .he has a history of allergy rhinitis. When ever he has headache he's taking naprosyn tab 250 mg.

High blood pressure does Not cause headaches unless it's very very high. Migraines are different as compared to other headaches. If he has allergic rhinitis saline nasal spray or steroid nasal sprays are very effective. Lack of sleep due to nasal blockage can exacerbate headaches. Many interrelated issues. I have written a small book on the subject for the benefit of patients.
