Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. *Healthy breakfast, plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga nand exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. *Revert after 1 month.

Hi, keep yourself engaged in something or the other so that you can avoid sleep. Drink a cup of tea or coffee when you feel sleepy. This stimulates the brain and keeps you awake. Consume small quantities of food frequently which helps in avoiding sleep.

First of all, try to prevent pimples and boils from occurring in your body. Do use an anti-fungal body wash daily like Sebamed daily. Secondlt, eat fresh fruits and vegetables and exercise daily. After scrubbing your body gently with a loofah, use olive oil before bedtime.

Hye. Food planning will depend on the amount of proteins that you need for the day. To decide the proteins, other nutrients many parameters need to be considered. This requires personalised planning. You don't want to end up eating low amounts of protein too. Cornflakes is not low protein, neither is it low sodium or potassium as well. You might want to skip packaged foods.

Hello, Honey(if pure) can work well for weight loss,as it helps in detoxification. You can add it to warm water with lemon,you can add around 1/2 tsp to your breakfast cereals/porridges.Can also be added to your herbal tea. You can have upto 2 pcs of chikki(made with honey.Though honey is healthy as compared to sugar,it should always be remembered that it contributes to equal calories as sugar,so avoid its excess usage.

Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts, fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink more water in a, don't take rice at night. Eat salad before meals. Include protein rich food in your diet. Avoid junk food. Take small and frequent meals.

correct diet & lifestyle is what you require to shed off extra weight as medicines will spoil your health. Diet- avoid junk/ processed/canned/ ready to eat/ fried/ sugary foods, cold drinks, alcohol, havs small frequent meals at regular intervals, eat slowly chewing your food well, replace simple carbs- potato, sugar, sabudana, maida, noodles, cake, biscuit, white rice, white bread with complex carbs- whole fruits, salads, sabji, sprouts, brown rice, dalia, suji, oats, bajra, medua. Activity- practice kapalbhati daily for at least 1/2 hr along with toe touching & weights, take stairs instead of lift, do household chores, walk/ cycle instead of hiring transport

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly.
