I have overweight so I have started doing exercise by last 15 days and I feel really good and energetic like feeling less laziness and less fatigue in doing work but now I feel sometime unconsciousness and faints I am vegetarian, is this due to my food? Which food should I take? And in how much amount?

Hello Lybrate User, You need daily diet plan along with exercise. Losing weight requires you to burn more calories than you consume. You can lose weight by eating a well balanced diet that's coupled with exercise. You need daily diet plan and exercise to reduce weight. A join gym is not necessity to reduce weight. Follow this steps to lose weight - 1) Reduce your daily caloric intake by 500 calories. 2) stay away from high fat foods, such as chips, cookies, cakes. 3) Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains. 4) Drink 8 -10 glasses of water per day. 5) Eat 5 small meals per day, it will help to boosts your metabolism and keeps you feeling full. If you want daily diet plan consult me privately. 6) perform exercises like squats, lunges, chest press, push-ups, biceps curls, triceps dips and situps to burn calories and fat and that all you can perform at home. u need to take a balanced diet. stop irregular food habit. eat after 2 hours. eat more fruits and vegetables. drink 4-5 ltr water / day

The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet that in medicine is used primarily to treat difficult-to-control (refractory) epilepsy in children. The diet forces the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates. Normally, the carbohydrates contained in food are converted into glucose, which is then transported around the body and is particularly important in fuelling brain-function. However, if there is very little carbohydrate in the diet, the liver converts fat into fatty acids and ketone bodies. The ketone bodies pass into the brain and replace glucose as an energy source. An elevated level of ketone bodies in the blood, a state known as ketosis, leads to a reduction in the frequency of epileptic seizures. The original therapeutic diet for pediatric epilepsy provides just enough protein for body growth and repair, and sufficient calories to maintain the correct weight for age and height. This classic ketogenic diet contains a 4:1 ratio by weight of fat to combined protein and carbohydrate. This is achieved by excluding high-carbohydrate foods such as starchy fruits and vegetables, bread, pasta, grains and sugar, while increasing the consumption of foods high in fat such as nuts, cream and butter.

As a general rule, you can assume that an average 8 ounce cup of coffee contains around 100 mg of caffeine. Several sources suggest that 400 mg of caffeine, or 4 cups of coffee, are safe for most healthy adults (3, 5). However, many people (including myself) drink much more than that without any issues.

Hello, Actually none,unless it is prescribed by an expert. Birth control pills or hormonal pills simply make you fat without any nutritional importance,if you are taking it as a process of quick weight gain,there is nothing called shortcut to achieve desired weight gain.

  • Increased frequency of munching on snacks especially sugary and starchy foods will lead to plaque buildup on teeth which is the root cause of decay of teeth, gum bleeding and bad breath.
  • Limits snacks in between meals to help reduce plaque, maintain a fresh breath and good oral health.
  • After every feed swish or rinse your mouth with water to clean your teeth of the foods which are stuck.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Control diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy
