Hi 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Eat a healthy diet. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. Hi, emotional eating is a bad condition to be into because it can be done blindly, which is called" invisible eating. Invisible eating means eating emotionally when you are happy, sad, or angry without realizing it. Basically, if you take a cookie out of the cookie jar every time you feel emotion, you are emotionally eating. Here are some ways to take control of your emotional eating and stop it. Allow yourself to feel the emotion you've been trying to stuff down with food. Choose not to eat emotionally 5 minutes at a time. During the process of feeling these previously avoided feelings, use self-talk such as" I allow myself to experience a full range of emotions" or" feeling my feelings helps me to live a fuller life. Sometimes the feelings you're running from can be resolved in a fairly short period of time and you can free yourself from the pattern for good simply by refusing to run from it. Whether you eat out of anger, sadness or happiness, don't judge yourself for it. All you need to do is notice at first what you have done and why. You can say to yourself" hmmm, isn't it interesting that I ate because of.(a fight, stress etc), maybe next time I will catch myself before I eat over that same issue and do something else (something healthier) instead. Sometimes telling someone - anyone - about your habit can take away some of the power of the food. It seems like less of a big deal once you've said it out loud. Get active and join a gym to compensate for the amount of food you are eating and to get back in shape,

1] Avoid fast food, oily food, packaged food, junk food, ice-cream, soft drinks, sweets , bakery items, rice and potato. 2] Eat a plate of salads before lunch and dinner. 3] Do not drink water immediately after meal. Hey. It's very likely that you are having a very heavy meal or a meal after a long gap or a very oily spicy meal which is causing acidity. It's also possible you are getting distension due to poor eating habits, stress and lack of sleep. Try to manage a healthy diet and eat at the right times and sleep well.

I am 26 and married. We are ttc for past 2 years. I have pcos and did a hysteroscopy for removing septum on last Oct 2015. After 2 months we started iui and period was delayed but negative hpt. After 5 days of taking duphaston no period show up after 3 days then took an hpt it showed a very light positive. But bhcg turned negative. After 3 days my period showed up with heavy bleeding and cramps. Doc said it might be an early miscarriage. Next iui was also not successful. But period was on time and was taking utrogestan 200 per day. By March I took follisurge injection for 3 days and 7 follicles showed up and all the seven was ovulated on 13th day and on the same day iui was done again. Started utrogestan200 twice a day. No. Period showed up so took an hpt on 3rd April and a positive line showed up but not so dark. On 4th April the test showed dark positive line. Doc asked to continue utrogestan for next 30 days and metformin 500 an folic acid. My scan is on 19th April. My concern is that I don't have any kind of pregnancy symptoms. Just have the same normal life. Is that could be missed miscarriage? What are the symptoms of miscarriage on utrogestan. Please answer me I am really worried.

You got dark line on urine pregnancy test. That means you are pregnant. Sometimes in some pts there can be no symptoms of pregnancy. That doesn't mean that again there is a missed abortion. You just take care of yourself considering you are pregnant.

If there is confirmed diabetes, the only way to treat it is to take modern medicines - anti diabetes drugs either oral or insulin injections or both depending upon the need. Other medical therapies are at the most can be used as supportive treatments. Along with proper drugs, exercise and diet control are also very important. Plus please understand there is no cure for diabetes. In some ads people claim they cure diabetes, this is totally false. If anyone cures diabetes then he will get nobel prize for that. So do not go by any adds. There are some ayurvedic medicines being advertised none of them have been tried like modern medicines on human beings in double blind trials. To overcome physical weakness you should eat more of protein n multivitamin. You can take 2 scoops of nutrilite protein with milk. N 1 tablet of nutrilite daily. This should be taken daily.
