How much time should I take for drinking alcohol when I have taken antibiotic medicine?
Dear Fameer, There may be some interaction of alcohol with antibiotics. It depends on food taken, type and quantity of alcohol, type of antibiotic, duration of drinking, the medical illness for which antibiotics are given, age, sex, etc, etc. So, the best advice will be to quit drinking forever with this illness. Quitting alcohol gives many health benefits. Try now. All the best.

What is best way to maintain full stamina during summer? Sometimes I feel weakness in my body while standing after a long rest.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Hyderabad
*.Take nutritious and timely food. *.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, pulses, greens, milk and whole grains *.Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits.. *.Have timely and adequate sleep. Your body will be fresh after good night sleep. *.Be relaxed and avoid tension *.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and all parts of body. *.Don’t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun.. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time.

Your weight is not proper according to your height. So you should increase your weight by doing muscle building exercise and balanced diet.Eat more food more frequently.Take nuts, seeds as snacks.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Do not skip meals. No water just before or during meals.Take high calorie foods like ghee, cream, butter etc.Eat dense fruits, vegetables.Add extra healthy oil in cooking.Avoid smoking, alcohol.Stay stress free and take quality sleep. Most importantly do a health check ups.For more quick result consult privately.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details given. I do understand your concern. Since you are on treatment for hypothyroidism, please tell me what is TSH level now? Because some of the things described can be a consequence of uncontrolled hypothyroidism. Plus let me know whether you have always been obese (BMI 32.02 kgs/M2, normal < 23 kgs? Or has the weight gone up during recent years? Thanks.
