One cannot lose 10 kgs in 1 month even if you are starving. One can lose maximum of 3-5 kgs depending on how obese the body is. Your height and weight looks perfect. But yes you may have some body fat which you can lose by 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise of arms and Stomach it will work.

2-3 Kgs weight loss/ month is suggested ideally. Very fast loss of weight can be gained back easily and is not recommended for good health. Ask your friend to start exercising regularly for an hour (brisk walk/ yoga/ gym/ swimming/ dancing). He should engage in some sort of sports activities like tennis/ squash/ football/ cricket/ badminton if possible. He should avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ ready to eat/ sugary/ fried foods/ cold drinks/ alcohol/ refined grains like biscuits, white rice, maida, white bread, noodles. Instead have more complex carbohydrates like salads, whole fruits, atta, atta bread, brown rice, dalia, oats, suji, bajra, ragi, jowar. Small frequent meals are suggested instead of few large ones. Skipping of meals and binge eating or eating in front of TV or computer should be avoided.

Bird flue or avian flue virous is carried by birdbird and then pass on to domestic poultry sources such ad chicken symptoms are akin to regular flue virus symptoms respiratory disease digestive problems and brain problems like irritation restless. There is a vaccine but openly available. For general pts. Best to consult a medical specialist for further treatment.

Along with medicines for high blood sugar she has to take one capsule of Becosule daily and paracetamol tablet sos. She should monitor her blood sugar and Hba1c three monthly and if it is not controlled she has to consult Diabetologist

You need to provide me daily food intake example. Simple method is kapalbhati, pranayam and yoga postures. I assure that you will feel drastically changed in two months. Some weight shedders (medohar) herbs also needed to be added.

Consuming a mediterranean diet - rich in fruits and fish - while decreasing the intake of soft drinks may help prevent the risk of developing colorectal cancer by nearly 86 per cent, suggests a new study. Colorectal cancer develops from intestinal polyps and has been linked to a low-fibre diet heavy on red meat, alcohol and high-calorie foods.


" We found that each one of these three choices was associated with a little more than 30 per cent reduced odds of a person having an advanced, pre-cancerous colorectal lesion, compared to people who did not eat any of the mediterranean diet components" said naomi fliss isakov from tel-aviv medical centre, in israel.


" Among people who made all three healthy choices the benefit was compounded to almost 86 per cent reduced odds" isakov added.


For the study, presented at the esmo 19th world congress on gastrointestinal cancer, the team included 808 people who were undergoing screening or diagnostic colonoscopies who were between 40 and 70 years old and had adhered to a mediterranean diet.

  • A balanced diet can help cut down sugar cravings.
  • A typical mediterranean diet was defined as consumption levels above the group median for fruits, vegetables and legumes, nuts and seeds, whole grains, fish and poultry and a high ratio of monounsaturated to saturated fatty acids, as well as consumption below the median of red meat, alcohol, and soft drinks.
  • Consumption of even two to three components of the diet, compared to none, was associated with half the odds of advanced polyps, the study showed.

Never eat these mass gain supplements, they are like slow poison. Instead go for natural healthy home made hygienic food. Make sure your intestines are clear and well detoxified because they might be the root cause of your thin body condition. hello Lybrate user if you r eating much but not gaining weight there may be a lot of reasons like hypothyroidism, poor digestion, malabsorption, less nutritive diet. take nutritive diet rich in protein like beans pulses,almonds, raisins, cheeze , milk etc. avoid spicy, oily junk food. start practicing pranayam and light exercise. take some ayurvedic medicines that will enhance your stamina, body weight and personality again.
