A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better.

You can start with antioxidants. One good option in such conditions is a chewable tablet called Spage. There are some antioxidant based ointments like Curenext too that help. You can use mouthrinses like Tantum for pain relief before meals. But I would suggest you see a proper specialist for this because it could even be an early sign of conditions like OSMF, and only once we see you will we be able to make proper diagnoses.

I am the patient of pysrrhoea what I do for that please tell me about how to recover.
The treatment will depend upon the stage of pyorrhoea. But first you get the teeth cleaned thoroughly from your dentist. Follow all the things like brushing twice, flossing etc have a good healthy diet. Eat fruits rich in vitamin c like orange sweet lime etc advanced treatments like flap surgery may be needed that would be decided by the dentist.

We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. I have swallowed chewing gum while drinking water. I m very much afraid since then like What kind of risks I have to ...
Although chewing gum is only for chewing and is not to be swallowed. It usually is not not harmful. It is not digested in stomach thats true bt slowly it moves in digestive tract and is excreted via stools. However in rare cases if bulk amount is ingested in short period it can cause digestive tract obstruction specially in kids. But thats not your case it only one gum in your case so there is no need to worry. Take care that this is not repeated.
