Hello, You are under-weight! Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

You should go for walking, jogging, swimming. Do exercise atleast 15 minutes. You can follow 7days menu plan. Drink water more. And use whole apple better than apple cider.

Yes you can very well use apple cider vinegar to reduce belly fat. It not only helps to reduce fat, but has multiple benefits. Besides acv, you can also take green tea 2-3 times in a day to help reduce belly fat.

Hello. Im 23 year old gym going guy. Im pure veg. So I don get much protein .can you help me with some diet plan from which I can get protein? And I often get cough n bcz of tht breathing problems! Can you please suggest any ayurvedic meds for it. My only source of energy is bananas.

Dear Lybrate user, You may take protein by taking green sprouts, cheese, soyabeans milk curd etc. For cough, you should also take ginger one tea spoon and two glass of water. Boil it till it remains half glass. Add honey and drink twice a day only and immediately call back with the results for further action so that your breathing problem may be cured. Avoid cold drinks heavy oily food, curd etc. For few days.

Protein requirement for your body will be 1 gm/kg body weight and so you can have 25% protein, 50 % carbohydrates and 25 % fats of your total calorie intake. There are many food supplements which can enhance your daily performance. As of now try to get all the micronutrients from your food and as your training intensifies, then you can take help of a nutritionist to fix your dosage as per your bodies requirement.

I am 24 years female they density of my hair is very less although it is straight and shinny and it is till shoulder length. I want more dense hair I am happy with the texture of my hair I just need it to be more dense as my face is big and in circle shape. I also face hairfall problem. Dear lybrate user, to increase the density of hair, you must drink coconut water daily for one month without any break. Do not change shampoo frequently. Also do massage with almond oil thrice in a week on the scalp with fingure tips atleast for 15 minutes. After two hours. You may wash your hair. Call back after two months.

According to your age & Ht ideal weight should be 55 kg , you need to lose almost 30 kg . Diet and exercises. Ayurvedic medicines are also helpful .You may be obese due to hypothyroidism.

Breastfeeding is the gold standard. If you have enough brestmilk don't give any top milk till 6 months of age. If milk is less than give formula stage 1. Regular wt your child. If he is gaining wt than no need to worry.

I am 23 years old. My weight is 56 kgs and I am 5 ft 11 inches. Gender male. I have lot many problems. I was in a serious relationship but its been two years since break up. I was very much depressed wanted to end up my life but I moved on initially but still the past haunts me. At times I feel depressed. When past sprouts up. A fire within haunts me. I feel like killing me or killing all the girls whom I hate. I dont feel like talking to any girl. I dont talk to any girl thereafter I remain alone I make no friends. ANd I dont know I have started disliking girls. I masturbate to get stress free as a result it gives me some temporary pleasure and makes me feel relax. But it has become a habit. An addiction. I also see its side effects. Like memory loss indigestion weak joints and many more. After I knew its disadvantages I try to reduce but what I observed if I dont masturbate for a couple of days like 3-4 days I feel frustrated depressed again. A spirit of vengeance enlightens. But d moment I masturbate I feel ease. But. What I see my semen comes out like water. I am underweight and ill health So my question is 1) how shall I overcome my past the sudden depression and mood swings? 2) how shall I come over masturbation and porn 3) how to become healthy? Whatever I eat that comes out very soon as stool. I need help mentally physically from all side. Doctors help me.

1. See a physician - you may have some stomach infection/ worm ingestion that is causing frequent bowel movements after meals. 2. Eat healthy- avoid junk foods. 3. Focus on what you want in life. A partner/ companion is a requirement, not a necessity - you have not mentioned the reasons for your break up, but probably you are feeling cheated and betrayed, that's the reason for your frustration. In a relationship both partners are equal, if there is mutual respect only then relationship flourish. You can not and should not force yourself on the other person. Past is past, if you cling on to it, it will hurt. Begin by creating a picture of a bright future for yourself - what you would like to do, what is it that you will like to achieve. 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send ur USG report becoz medication for stones depends upon size number and location of stones and can be given after USG.

Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. I suggest anger management therapy. Take care.
