This is psychological problem due to worry, anxiety and stress. Stress is the reaction of the body or the mind to the interpretation of a known situation. Stress management, therefore, involves either changing the situation, changing the interpretation or taming the body the yogic way in such a way that stress does not affect the body. Every situation has two sides. Change of interpretation means looking at the other side of the situation. It is something like half glass of water, which can be interpreted as half empty or half full. Psychiatrist will help u.

Hi doctor I am having piles no effect off tablet, that medicine bye bye piles so operation is important or not please give me some solutions on my problems.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, Homoeopathic medicines and yoga - both together will give you relief in your problem if followed religiously. Take homoepathic medication - Aesculus Hipp. 30/ thrice daily and apply Topi-Aesculus cream over the piles for few months. If it’s better, then continue or else will have to go for other options such as rubber band ligation, surgery, cauterization, etc. Management: Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day. A sitz bath fits over the toilet. You can get one at most drugstores. If you are constipated, use a laxative. Keep the anal area clean. Bathe (preferably) or shower daily to cleanse the skin around your anus gently with warm water. Soap isn't necessary and may aggravate the problem. Avoid alcohol based or perfumed wipes. Gently dry the area with a hair dryer after bathing. Don't use dry toilet paper. To help keep the anal area clean after a bowel movement, use moist towelettes or wet toilet paper that doesn't contain perfume or alcohol. Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling. Walking is the best exercise for your whole body as well as the piles as it increases the blood circulation to every part of body. Avoid sitting for long hours together. Include more fibrous food in your diet like fruits, green vegetables, salads. YOGA FOR PILES Pavanmuktasana: Keep your hands by the side of your body in a supine position. While inhaling, raise both your legs to 90 and bend them at the knees. Make a finger-lock with both your hands around them, a little below the knees. While exhaling, bring your thighs close to the chest by contracting the abdominal muscles. Maintain this posture for a few seconds. Then return to the original posture in the reverse order as Ardha Pavan Muktasana. Repeat the asana three to four times. Vajrasana: Keep the soles of the feet on both sides of the anus, i. E. Place the thighs on the legs one over the other and the soles on the buttocks. The calves must touch the thighs. The part from the toe to the knee should touch the ground. The whole burden of the body is put on the knees and ankles. The beginning of practice you may feel a slight pain in the knee and ankle-joints but it passes off very quickly. After fixing the feet and the knees, put both the hands straight on the knees. Keep the knees quite close. Sit like this keeping the trunk, neck and head in one straight line.

I snore a lot while sleeping, which creates problems for others What can I do to stop them?

MBBS, cc USG
General Physician, Gurgaon
I am giving you some health tips for snoring problem Lifestyle changes to stop snoring Lose weight. If you’re overweight Exercise exercising your arms, legs, and abs, for example, also leads to toning the muscles in your throat, which in turn can lead to less snoring Quit smoking. smoking irritates the membranes in the nose and throat which can block the airways and cause snoring. Avoid alcohol, sleeping pills, and sedatives because they relax the muscles in the throat Establish regular sleep patterns. Create a healthy bedtime ritual with your partner and stick to it Clear nasal passages. If you have a stuffy nose Keep bedroom air moist. Dry air can irritate membranes in the nose and throat, so if swollen nasal tissues are the problem, a humidifier may help. Change your sleeping position. Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing Sleep on your side instead of your back Consult chest Physician for further management

In most of such cases it's the anxiety and nervousness. The feeling of guilt has to be overcome by rational thinking. Invest time in exercising and eating right. Avoid all bad habits and think positive. If still the problems persists then go to a qualified doctor and get the right advice. If any doubts you can always have a second opinion. Remove the fear and relax.

Is any cure of diabetes? and how to gain hair if the person is suffering from diabetes?
Diabetes whether t1 or t2 is not curable disease, treatment has to be continued for life time. Hair loss may not be directly linked to diabetes. Improper nutrition is one of the reasons for it. Achieve strict sugar control and eat healthy food apart from trying measures to gain hair.
