Hello, diabetes is a disease to b managed rather, than to b cured, completely & only medication can't suffice the treatment. * go, for a brisk walk in d morning to restore blood circulation to nourish the cells & tissues of your body. * tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins, regulate metabolism. * go, for meditation, yoga to reduce your stress, anxiety to nourish the whole body including your pancreas to monitor, beta cells to maintain your sugar level. * go, for either of cycling, swimming, gardening, dancing, playing badminton. * maintain 1200-1600 calories, through dietary regulation. * tk, 4 marie, biscuits with a cup of tea -morning at 7.00 am. * 3 sliced bread with one cup of milk, 1/2 bowl of sprouts, 2/3 cup of diluted curds at 9.00 am. * 100 gm of fruits can be taken, avoiding grapes, banana, ripened mangoes. * tk, 4 nos of marie biscuits with one cup of tea at 4.00 pm. * 3 breads, 1 small bowl of pulses, 1 bowl of green vegetable, 1 small bowl of curd in dinner at 9.00 pm * finally, one cup of milk at bed time. * ensure, sound sleep for 7 hrs. Take sulphur 200, 3 drops single dose, morning empty stomach. From next day take borax 30, 3 drops daily once a day. you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. 1. Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. 2. Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. 3. Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 4. wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 5. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 6. Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 7. Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 8. Hello, i am an obese teenager, i want to loose my weight, when i was 11 years old i suffered from typhoid twice in a year after that my weight is increasing consequently even if there is no change in my diet. Before that i was absolutely slim and healthy, my weight is 114 kg and height is 5.9 now. I am 19, college going student, i am suffering from hypertension since one year. Dieting is not my cup of tea, but i am not prone to eat junk food in fact my frequency of eating outside food is once or twice in a month. I have tried every possible way to reduce my weight but i get no result. I am a kind of jolly person so criticism of people does not bother me. But now i want to get rid off this extra weight that i am carrying since 7 years, sometimes it is so frustrating that my mind starts negative thoughts. My field of study is food science and quality control so i know what to eat and what not. But it makes no sense. Please help me.

Triphala+nimba+yastimadhu+lodra+shalmali kantak+mungdaal+curd make paste of it and apply locally of face after sunrise - before sunset once in day. Avoid constipation.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Exercise: Some types of exercise are more effective for weight gain. If you are below 21 years of age, you are still in the process of growing and are just beginning training; you need to take a safe approach so please speak to a trainer for an appropriate regimen. If you are above 21 years of age: assuming you don't have any medical conditions that would make it risky, you can do weight training to build muscle mass. There are different exercise regimens but the preferred ones focus on training large muscle groups (e.g. chest, back, thighs, and butt) and doing full-body exercises such as push-ups, squats, pull-ups, rows, etc.

Knee pain. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Shoulder. Advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

If you are in stress - go for stress relief. Choose a place with more air circulation to sleep. Lie on your back - tighten every single muscle from your neck to toe (one by one) and allow it to relax - repeat it again. If possible go for swimming.

There is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Hello! much as one would like to help you i'm afraid a deaddiction process cannot be initiated online. You'll have to visit a drug deaddiction unit in your city. The process is long and uncomfortable but well worth the effort. You'll need a lot of motivation and tenacity to adhere to the protocol.

Tips to lose weight faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. 7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

To gain weight, eat at regular fixed time. Secondly, make a combination of dates (khajoor)+ amla+ pomegranate+ dry grapes (kishmish) -2 tsp two times a day. You can add a little sugar if needed increase intake of soyabean in your diet make a milk - warm milk 1glass+ 2 tsp ashwagandha powder+sugar. Drink at night after dinner daily. Do these for 1-2 months.

Hii, hii, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Psoriasis is a manageable disease, generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients. Red meat, alcohol n stress should be avoided in psoriasis.
