1. Check your hemoglobin, bp. 2. Avoid stress, anxiety, severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 6. Take one capsule of revital daily after breakfast 7. Consult physician for further advice.

I m 23yr young female. I have checked thyroid level and tsh level (>1000) was greater than the range (0.0 to 0.5). Consulted with doctor. But he said after 6 months take another checkup and visit me. He did'nt suggest any medications. Heavy hair loss like from root its falling. My doubt is in future any complications will be there? weight loss or gain hair loss any other what can I do naturally to control the thyroid level to balance it.

In hypothyroidism:-- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consut doctor on time.

Hello lybrate-user this is one type of indigestion do as follow: * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice.

Weight depends upon various factors family histroy also matters a most vatprakruti born person naturally have low weight body mass by birth find out your prakruti by consulting ayurved Dr. overeating and frequently eating habit makes your hunger poorer day by day also decreases your immunity causing lots of problem eat food according to your hunger as natures gives a sense we know it as appetite which give signal to us for food so can not go against nature drink milk empty stomach eat ghee butter dry fruit etc along with food avoid stress tension worry which is a main cause not gaining weight in most of people follow periods paricharya during period days avoid heavy food heavy work bathing travelling exercise during periods avoid freeze stored food basi food consult privetly for more details and medications.

I workout in gym atleast 4-5 dys a week i have a lean frame my height is 5'4 n i weigh 50kgs .I hv to put on few kgs my gym dieticien recommended B-protein.I consume it on alternate days .I wanna know whether B-protein is safe for regular use.Or recommend some other veg protein diet as we have non veg twice a week only

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibupani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10. Relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. No unnecessary medicines for medicine contact on private chat.

Pimples take time to go so don't bother pimples just follow following things 1 early wake up 2 chew 5 neem empty stomach. 3 change life style 4 do yoga pranam 5 eat less fat 6 detoxing your body 7 wash 3 times face definitely help u.

I have fever and motions last 3 days. I am consult to the doctors he give medicines. I am using the medicines after 1 or 2 hours fever will be decrease but motions can't be stop. Motions are very painful, which medicines are good for my problem.

Don't try to be doctor yourself. if medicine is not helping you than see your doctor again. in cases of infection it takes sometime for medicines to gain control. Antibiotics doesn't create magic at once. relax and trust your doctor, if it is not helping you than let him know or change the doctor. Don't try to self diagnose or self medicate.

Homoeopathic treatment GLOW CARE CREAM ( LORDS) Apply during daytime REPL No 11 ( REPL ) 20 drops in 1 spoon water 3 timess daily AQUIPLUS CREAM ( HAPDCO ) apply thick coat on face at night CLEANO FACE WASH ( LORDS ) Wash face with this face wash before applying creams 6-8 glass water daily 2 glasss milk daily Avoid fast food,Junk food,Fried food,Chocklates,Dry fruits,Ketchups,Cold drinks Take nutritious diet nd exercise regularily 1.Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2.Take pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good.
