Try standing for long hours. Do running in morning daily/treadmill for at least 30-45 min. Avoid fat foods and do not fast -rather take food at regular intervals.

If it is two lines even if light one it suggests you are pregnant. You can confirm with a serum bhcg test and do an ultrasonography.

I want to get in shape i. E I got pot belly and fat around cheeks, neck, thighs, arms. My age is 18. And I m also having fall problem from last two years my hair is falling ridiculously the reason is probably the hard water here (kota, Rajasthan. I will be going home soon hence the hard water problem is solved now I want to boost my hair growth make it lil more thick also want to increase volume of my hair and as I have loosed much hair so hair regrowth is also required kindly give me solution for that. You want to get good shape, reduce fats, cure fall problem, boost hair growth, diet plan and improve skin tone. You also have dust mite allergy. The best way is to balance tridoshas ie the three humours. Once response starts everything else may be taken care of gradually. You can't take much medicine nor would it be done overnight. First of all drink boiled water (boiled with ginger) 2 cups + cranberry sugarless juice 1 cup + honey 2 tsp. Drink/ sip warm. In the morning chew 3-4 cloves of garlic with this water. Drink 6-7 times before food everyday. Inform change in two weeks. If there's no response or you can't do it, pl get herbal combos from us to be taken with honey and warm water and also local application for skin toning. It may take at least two months to show results.

*Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce carbs/cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Hi masturbating is a natural process done by any one female or male. And sexual desirement is like hunger, which is full fill by masturbation when opposite partner is not there. But excessive masturbation is not good. Sometime it convert into habit and after that it make addiction so it should be in limit. According to ayurveda when you do mastarbaation that time you west your shukra dhatu [sperm], shukradhatu is resultfir shaurya, lusturness of your body, daring, budhi, intelligence when you will est it this all work of shukra dhatu is get decrease so that not only fairness effect but also lustur is effect. Masturbation is need but it is in limit do not do as addiction.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take ? of your total as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilized for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Change your food habites. Add in your food calcium, rich proteins, vitamines,minirales, green vegitabales, salad,sweets, dry fruites, fruites,milk end milk products. For legs do yoga, sarvangasan, Tadasan will help (learn from guru than do it)

Hello to gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. Lift weights, do free body weight exercises. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins.
