Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

How can I gain my weight?
I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. Avoid junk foods, fried foods, ice-creams, chocolates, canned foods, creamed milk, sugar, etc. Run in the morning for at least 15 minutes and after that walk for 45 min. And also walk at night after dinner for 30 min. Take small and frequent meals. Never take water in between meals. Take low carbohydrates, moderate protein, low fats, high fibre diet.

Dear lybrate user. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. A) take solid diet two times in a day only and liquid diet two times in a day. B) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. C) avoid oily, junk, fast and fermented foods. D) avoid late night sleeping habits. E) take steam bath regularly. Follow below mentioned home remedies which are very well effective. 1) take 20 ml of ginger juice and fresh lemon juice along with 20 gm of jaggery before meals. 2) eat 5-10gm of black cumin seeds after meals. 3) take 60 ml of aloe vera juice along with 60 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Hello lybrate-user here is the simple diet chart for you morning as you wake up drink 2 glass of water do exercise in which ever you are comfortable for 15-20 mins have stomach full breakfast in the afternoon eat 1roti 1cup of rice with maximum of curry and salad. At night have 2 rotis along with salad. Have the night food before 8pm. Sleep after 1hr after dinner. Hope this you will follow and it is helpful. Thank you.

She is just overweight, at 24. Reduce her salt, sugar and sweets, reduce her carbs also with minimal of good fats like a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday. This will give her proteins, good fats, give her a high protein diet like milks and curds and boiled eggs plus proteins supplements plus seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take a walk for an hour everyday as basic exercise and meditation. Get back here with progress. Please reduce weight @5 kg only and bring it to 50, try to maintain it at this level.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sareevadyasava 4 tsp after lunch and dinner 6. Set specific times to eat and stick by this schedule. Once your body gets used to eating on a schedule, you should start to feel hungry at these times. Avoid drinks before or during mealtimes. If you want to increase your appetite, avoid filling up on beverages. Wait half an hour before or after meals to drink. Eat small meals. Eating smaller meals frequently throughout the day can help stimulate your appetite. Instead of trying to get down three large square meals, aim to consume four to six smaller meals.
