Hello, lybrate-user, first you are overweight. So you need, along with gymming, a regular balanced diet with high protein, liberal amount of fluid and 8 hrs. Sound sleep. You may add omega 3 capsules of fish oil origin. There are a number off companies provide them. While choosing them make sure things like - the fish oil should come from deep arctic sea (as sea water there is pollution and toxic metal free) and the company provides them as food supplements. You should consult a dietician for your required dosage and consume them while eating food.

Hello never skip meals follow small meal patterns make an effort to include good amount of biological value protein-eggs, lean meat or sprouts, soya, yogurt, nuts any kind of aerobic activity for an hour must be practiced.

Hye. Junk food or empty calories is a pejorative term for food containing high levels of calories from sugar or fat with little protein, vitamins orminerals. Use of the term implies that a particular food has little" nutritional value" and contains excessive fat, sugar, salt, and calories. Junk food can also refer to high protein food containing large amounts of meat prepared with, for example, too much unhealthy saturated fat;[citation needed]many hamburger outlets, fried chicken outlets and the like supply food is considered as junk food. Alcohol does not give you nutrients and gives you as much calories as fat does. Therefore, alcohol is an empty calorie food.

Yes we can but taking cod liver oil without necessarily or any health problem is not advisable because it will put extra effort on liver to metabolise as well as may be chances of hypervitaminosis. You can get your dietary Omega 3 Fatty acid from some natural sources too as well like Green leafy vegetable, soyabean, Swap butter and cream with unsaturated oilsInclude nuts etc. Wish you healthy life Feel free for any health assistance.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. Body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
