Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Ramkrishnhari, take 1 cup of cows milk +add ginger chopped (dried giner one pinch )+ add quater cup water. Boiled to keep milk. Then drink. This will solve your problems. Instead of ginger you can use ginger+tulsi leaves 7-8.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems including irregular menses are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. No problem with ghee and for increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Mr. Lybrate-user, getting cramps could be due to lack of calcium and vit d. Rheumatism (or rheumatoid arthritis) usually does not cause such difficulty. You get the viamin d and b12 levels checked. Or else can start vitamin d3 and calcium. B12 supplements.

Some times you fail to take full diet in day time and feel hungry in the night to compensate need of the body. You need to get a few blood tests done - complete blood count, thyroid function test, serum calcium, vit d, ferritin, magnesium, vit b12/6/folate. Also an usg pelvis.

Hi First of all you seem to be underweight with the details mentioned. Improving your weight and controlling your diabetes helps in sexual enhancement. Hello- Vegetarians eat mostly vegetables, fruits, and grains, though some also eat dairy products and eggs. Since it has no meat, you might find that you lose weight when you first start a vegetarian. While for many, this is a benefit, for others it can be a problem. However, with a little tweaking, your diet can better support your body's health. On a vegetarian diet, you can gain weight by choosing your foods thoughtfully. 1. Vegans don't eat any foods that come from animals, including dairy products (milk, yogurt, butter) and eggs. A balanced diet is a diet that has sufficient amounts of all components of food like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals with water. A healthy diet includes all these components of food without overloading oneself with just one component. Inclusion of dals, rice, milk, veggies, fruits & various oils in a balanced way will serve as a balanced diet.

Hello eating too much for every individual doesn't mean that u should put on Weight,some ppl have improper absorption from intestines,,so u tend to loose weight even though u eat,just make it a habit to eat 2hrs once in small quantiy. DO's: small frequent meals,Drink 7 to 8 glasses of water.. take of protein rich products. Don't stress urself too much be it any matter, sleep for 7 to 8 hrs.. Don't: skipping breakfast,not drinking water.. if u still feel this is not working out then take homoeopathic tincture SENECIO AUREUS 5 Drops in half cup of water morning n night for 1 month..u ll surely see the difference..
