You need to gain muscle weight not fat gain. Have more good carbs that are - 1 bowl Oats and 2 bananas in morning, brown rice in afternoon, and sweet potato in evening. Also add plenty of nuts and seeds in your diet. Avoid packed foods.

You should take protein by eating cheese boiled eggs sprouts, milk curd, soya milk, soys cheese etc. This is good for your health. So you may assume the solution is to eat protein all day long. Not so fast. Say nutritionists. You should take protein by best food source.

You are just 22 years old and you can definitely achieve the fit body with good amount of muscle tissue. The healthy way of putting on weight is good diet and exercise. Now, you should focus on what you are eating. Increase your protein intake and good fats. Avoid fried foods and sweets. Dear lybrate user, sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: limit non-nutritious foods, such as: sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages cut down on high-fat foods by: choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Tablet gasex 1 tablet 3 times in day after food syrup panchakolasav 10 ml two time a day after food avoid green pea, chhole, sprouted things. Chew every bite till saliva mixes completely. Don't talk, laugh, during meal. Drink water sip by sip. Don't watch tv while meal. Don't sleep immediately after meal.
