Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Hi Lybrate User ... You are in a good state of health.. Be proud and confident of yourself. .. Eat well and exercise well.. Focus on building strength and stamina... That is the most important thing...Exercise and play games... do gymming.. Avoid taking any medicines or supplements. They can cause immense damage to your body... Be strong and be confident!

I have an ring worm from last 6 month and its irritate alot I've tried my creams but no relief has been got so please suggest me a any home remedy for fast relief.

Ringworm is an fungal infection .you can try ointment miconazole on it twice a day for approx 2 weeks. Home remedies involve tea tree oil, Soak a cotton ball in tea tree oil, squeeze the excess oil. Now apply this tea tree oil with the help of this cotton ball. Repeat it three times every day. You can also apply coconut oil on the affected area overnight.

It could be due to gastritis, gall stones or liver enlargement. Take antacid tablet 1 before breakfast. Get your ultrasound upper abdomen done to find out the cause and treat accordingly. Hope I answered your query.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Hello, Physical activity of 150 minutes/week is enough to keep one self healthy. This can be done either by 45 mins activity 3-4 days/week or 30 mins activity 6 days/week. Also maintaining a balanced diet by including all food groups and having 12-15 glasses of water is important to maintain good health.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning and evening. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before meals. Take small meals in frequent intervals.
