Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. Include Calories In Your Diet like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts, Increase The Number Of Meals. High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Exercises To Gain Weight .Get Enough Sleep And Very Important Keep Yourself Motivated.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

Dr. Firstly you tell me how I wake up early in the morning. And my main problem is. How I increase my stamina on bed?

Go to bed at night at 10 pm daily for sleep. You can set alarm to wak up early in the morning. Avoid stress at night and in day. Do yoga -meditation in morning. Stamina on bed means sexual power or other. Pl. Tell me. You can take protein diets. And take ginseng for sexual stamina and physically stamina.

Hi, I am 29 years old, 6 feet 2 inches and about 220 pounds i am a lazy and feel really exhausted and irritable most of the times unless i am in office working, I drink almost everyday about a quarter of rum I keep away from smoking and soft drinks. Mentally I like to think iam strongly willed but I just feel really lazy during the mornings I get about 8 to 10 hrs of sleep is something wrong with me?

Dear, You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 10 gm of BLACK CUMIN SEEDS along with 10 gm of jaggery after meals. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 30 days.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Pediasure is a supplement not a weight gainer. It is given along routine meals to fill in the gap of calories n protein in daily diet. That compensates for the nutrient deficient in diet.

Hi lybrate-user 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.

I used to walk almost 45 to 50 minutes daily, but due to some reasons, presently I am unable to go for a walk. I do 11 surya namaskar instead. And some push ups and few other stretches. Is equal to walk? How many surya namaskar are needed if I am not going for walk? Please help.
