I have been getting black stretch marks on my stomach n sides. I have attached my pics as well.

Strectch marks occur due to sudden stretching or sagging of the skin. Stretch marks also depends on the elasticity of a person’s skin and the skin elasticity depends on the vitamins like vitamin E, omega 3 & 6. Strech marks take a long time to fade, so patience is the key to deal with stretch marks. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Apply this cream daily to see results in few months. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

MTP pills If taken too early don't cause abortion as fetus is too tiny and protected by layers of muscles around it. even if you want to continue with pregnancy, baby will be normal. take a decision before completion of 8 weeks. you can repeat the doses of MTP pills till 8 weeks

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp...Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning......

I have problem of day dreaming....and unnecessary thoughts all time ...that's why i cant focus on study...and so for last 7-8 years i m loosing my confidence day by day...and got failure in studying and everything....my thinking is also negative...i tried to do meditation but i also cant focus in it...i have also hair loss problem since childhood ...i become confuse to make even small decision ...anxiety,fear,..etc...i don't know what to do...i become aimless ...and coward ...plz suggest what i have to do...

From your description it feels that you procrastinate to get things done, then they pile up and you have a tendency to jump to worst conclusion in a single leap like " ?I?m a mess, I?ll never have enough time to study for this exam an I am going to fail". Hi lybrate user, in your case diet should be low fat, high fiber diet but don't stop the work out/ physical activity. Whenever you stop the physical activity it will regain so try to continue that. If you don't have too much time reduce the time of work out but do not stop it totally. In diet take more & more green leafy vegetables & fruits. Avoid simple sugar / simple carbs. Avoid outside food, fried& deep fried items in diet. Take green tea & like warm water daily. I think it' s sufficient for you because you have already tried these things and seen the result. Now in last I will repeat don't stop the work out. You can do anything thing like skipping, stretching, running, jogging, yoga, exercise whatever you like.

Chapped or dry lips are a common problem that can be painful and unattractive. Common symptoms are dryness, redness, cracking, flaking, and tender or sore lips.Some of the main causes are vitamin deficiency, allergic reaction, dehydration, smoking, excessive licking of lips, sun exposure and harsh weather. Castor oil is good treatment for dry and chapped lips. • Simply apply castor oil to your lips several times a day. • You can also make a soothing treatment using one teaspoon of castor oil, one teaspoon of glycerin and a few drops of fresh lemon juice. Mix it well and apply it on your lips before going to bed. In the morning, wash it off with a cotton ball dipped in lukewarm water. Repeat this daily until your lips are healed. • Homoeopathic LIP BALM ( BAKSON LAB) Apply twice daily
