Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.

Hello, From today morning I am feeling little pain in right side of my throat in swallowing of saliva and food. I had achar with puri chole last night. I think its tonsil. What can I do to get rid of it soon? I also had tonsils last month but I got them cured but they came again.

Recommend - gargles 3-4 times a day. A glass of warm water add pinch of salt. Aviod spicy or oily food for few days, drink luke warm water. You will be perfectly alright after 1-2 days.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin : • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Hello, to improve your condition of back acne, most important is hygeine. Keep your body clean and scrubbed, wear cotton clothes. Bathe twice with anti bacterial soap like Cetaphil or Sebamed. Improve your diet, leave junk food. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables Home made ubtans have also been found to work effectively on back spots and pimples. Mix gram flour, haldi, yogurt and olive oil and scrub your back. After scrubbing wash with lukewarm water and apply alomd + olive oil. This week take 2 weeks to show results but results are permanent

Hello, Try to include more fat burners in your diet like ginger, garlic, lemon, apple cider vinegar, fiber rich grains like brown rice, millets and wheat. Inclide quality protein from lean cut poultry, egg, legumes, beans, soya. Include healthy fats like nuts. Never starve to lose weight as starving causes fat deposition. Follow the tips *avoid caffeine and nicotine. *refrain from consumption of alcoholic drinks before bed. *avoid large meals and beverages late at night. *it is good to exercise, but not too late in the day. *don't take naps after 3 p. M. *have the right sunlight exposure. *take a hot water bath before going to bed. *relaxation before going to bed helps. *a good sleeping environment can be helpful. *don't stay awake for long time in bed. *say no to late-night television.

Hi, I think lack of quality sleep and excessively thinking about certain things could be your problem. Some lifestyle modifications like yoga and good diet can help you. Try avoiding computer or laptop usage for prolonged periods of time. Stop watching t. V or listening to music atleast 1 hr before going to sleep. Eat your dinner atleast 2 hrs before sleep. Drink a glass of hot milk as it naturally induces sleep. Inspite of all the above measures, you condition remains the same, then probably you need some professional help.

Looking like narcolepsy. Which is a kind of sleep dissorder where, exactly your c/o. Will be there. Its a kind of stress /psychological based dissorder. To treat it in homeo, needs full detailed h/o. To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. Hello. Thank you for writing to us you seem to have androgenetic alopecia. It is characterized by progressive hair loss and hair thinning from the frontal scalp and vertex part of the scalp. There is also widening and deepening of the angles of anterior hair line as well as gradually receding anterior hair line. Minoxidil and finasteride are approved remedies for this type of hair loss. Treatment is long term and just preventive i. E the goal of treatment is to arrest or slow down further progression & therefore early the therapy is initiated, better the prognosis. Therefore naturally if you discontinue minoxidil you stand a chance to lose remaining hairs as well. I suggest you to continue with topical minoxidil application. It is also advisable to add finasteride tablet along with topical minoxidil application, for maximal benefit. Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2.
