I have sudden discoloration of my lower legs half way up to my calf. I am diabetic and have high blood pressure. The discoloration seems to be clotted blood in thin lines. What is it?

Dear, discoloration of lower legs occurs: due to lack of arterial blood supply towards lower limb. Due to improper blood circulation towards lower legs dead cell collect there and blackness occurs. To treat this problem, * do massage your lower limb in upward direction slowly with mustard oil. * dip your lower limb in lukewarm water for 3 to 4 minutes. * maintain your bp and sugar in normal level or range. * do regular walk for 10 minutes. * take less amount of ghee, butter. * avoid drinking and smoking completely.

Methi or Fenugreek is a herb with green leaves that comes from the Pea family. The seed of fenugreek is bitter in taste and are used in preparing a number of medicines. Here is a list of few benefits that methi leaf can extend to the body if consumed regularly:

Under eye dark circles are a common appearance if you do not get the adequate hours of sleep or if you are subjected to stress over a prolonged period of time. However, if you notice the presence of under eye dark circles even after getting sufficient sleep, that might be a result of crater formation or swollen eyelids. 

Causes of under eye dark circles 

  1. Constant exposure to the sun : Which might lead to an over-secretion of melanin (the pigment responsible for skin coloration).
  2. Excessive rubbing of eyes : Dark circles might also occur if you randomly rub or scratch your eyes as an unconscious habit. 
  3. Allergy/Contact Dermatitis: Dark circles might also develop due to allergies or eczema (skin inflammation) or contact dermatitis (a condition wherein rashes develop accompanied by severe itching after coming in contact with a foreign substance). 
  4. Old Age: The gradual loosening of skin along with fats and collagen as you grow old can result in dark circles of reddish-blue hue. 
  5. Excessive consumption of tobacco and alcohol: might also form dark circles under the eyes.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. I have black spots on my face I used every cream but it doesn't work out. How do I get rid of it?

Hi, acne leave black spots and scars on face. So you must first get rid of pimples. Bcoz if you treat pimples then only black spots can be treated. Don, t use any creams, as they bring more oilyness to the skin. Take tablet pimplex (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed 2times a day 1/2an hour before meals for 1mth for black spots take berberis aquifolium q 10drops in 1/4th cup of water, drink twice a day for1mth. These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Don't be in a hurry. There is no deadline to reduce weight! Eat healthy food (avoid junk / oily - fried food/ bakery products / artificially flavoured / sodas and packaged food ). Eat more of fruits and vegetables. If you feel hungry frequently - then keep some fruits handy so that you eat healthy things instead of junk food. Stop or avoid all stimulants like tobacco /alcohol etc. Eat a balanced diet (in small portions) so that there is no deficiency! Do not skip your staple food like rice / rotis etc. Exercise every day / do yoga / any sports of your choice, or do all if these. Give sufficient time to your body to transform. Revert back of any problem.
