Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

These are the methods to treat black heads -.• Blackheads are formed due to blocking of skin pores. Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the blackheads three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of MAHAMANJISTHARISTA of BAIDYANATH company, meal it in a glass of water & take it once a day after meals

Hi, Take 2-3 tsf of Dandronil powder and add raw milk to make a fine paste. Apply this to the scalp and take head bath after 30 mins. Do this twice a week initially for 2-3 weeks and later once a week for another 4 weeks. Later use it once a month regularly as dandruff problem cannot be cured completely; it can only be controlled.

For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

*Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

Retirement is big change in anyone's life. One has to plan for the retirement, in the sense that, along with financial planning, one needs to think in advance how to spend time constructively after retirement. Your father might be worried about something and is appears a that he is not happy. He may not be hating you, but he is taking out his anger and frustration on you. Probably his expectations are not met and that might be putting him under stress. Please talk to your father, about what are his worries, what does he plan to do after retirement. Retirement might be giving him a sense of losing control, assure him of your support. Assure him that, now slowly, he can pass on his responsibilities to you and/or your siblings if any. Encourage him to plan his daily routine after retirement. Encourage him to take up a hobby if possible, encourage him to meet his friends, do some social service. Check with him, if he wants to do some other job from home/online, help him in exploring different possibilities. See if he is worried about his health, encourage him to go for walk/yoga. But don't treat him like a child. He needs to take care of himself. If he is neglecting his health then that is because of low self esteem and general sad feelings. Please try to talk to him about his worries and anxieties and tell him you love him and care for his wellbeing. It appears that he has been cheated earlier in life by other people and hence has developed suspicious nature. Please talk to him about this and assure him that you are his family and will not cheat him. Take care.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

Backache is the commonest ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.

According to your given height weight, you bmi is near 24. For normal body ration it should be between 18 to 25. Above 25 it include in overweight. So no need to much weight loss. Then also 70 kg is perfact for you for maintenance stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. Because of loss of appetite, your skin is getting rough. If you do not eat properly, your skin will suffer. Loss in appetite can be due to stress or irritation with heat. You should atleast take fluids like glucon d, juices, lemon juice, etc. Get a regular check up. Reduce the intake of alcohol or smoking. Take multi vitamins daily. Moisturise your skin to prevent roughness.

5 Health Tips to master the Art of Healthy Living:

There’s an art to healthy living, and part of that is recognizing our impact on others. Our personal health affects the people and environment around us, so take care of yourself and you’ll help take care of the world. To ensure Healthy Life I had gathered the top five ways to live a healthy, environmentally friendly life!

1. Eat clean

Eating clean means keeping your food as simple and nutritious as possible. In other words, close to the original source! Stick to whole foods, says Dr. Su Fairchild, a specialist in integrative medicine. Avoid or limit simple sugars and processed carbs, including flour products, because they cause your blood sugar to spike, provoking your body’s insulin response and promoting weight gain. You can consume good fats like olive oil and coconut oil in sensible amounts, and don’t forget to eat a rainbow of organic vegetables.

Medical oncologist Dr. Sewa Legha also suggests using the USDA guidelines on ChooseMyPlate.gov. By cutting out processed foods, which are often overly packaged, you reduce your diet’s environmental impact—and you live a healthier life too!


2. Stay hydrated

Hydration is an important part of a balanced lifestyle. Dr. Randy Baker, a specialist in holistic medicine, strongly advises avoiding soft drinks like soda (one of the worst things you can do for your health, he says) and excess juices because of the calories. Water should be your main source of fluids. Internist Dr. Steven Tucker notes that you should also avoid all artificial sweeteners, including beverage mixes, because your body still responds to “fake sugar.” People who drink a soda a day increase their diabetes risk by 50%, and those who drink diet sodas increase their risk by 20%.

Pediatric urologist Dr. George Klauber lists several benefits to drinking water: avoiding unnecessary calorie intake and the effects of caffeine and alcoholism, keeping your kidneys flushed, reducing urinary acidity for people with sensitive bladders, and saving money! Stick to water and you avoid the health risks involved with processed foods.

3. Exercise outside

Take advantage of the great outdoors and go for a run! Besides improving your cardiovascular health, outdoor workouts help your body produce vitamin D. Endocrinologist Dr. Philip Kern says, “During summer, you need about 20 min [of sunlight] at midday, longer at other times of day. In winter, or extreme northern latitudes, it takes longer. This is why there is usually a seasonal winter drop in blood [vitamin D] levels.” To get the full benefit of the sun, make sure you aren’t getting it through window glass!

If running is too aggressive for you, take a walk. It’s an easy, low-impact form of aerobic exercise, and doctors agree: it’s beneficial to your health!


4. Manage your stress

As internist Dr. Lori Wagner says, “Don’t let stress get in the way of taking care of yourself.” Managing your stress can include taking breaks, staying organized, and doing five-minute meditation sessions at your desk. By controlling your stress levels, you control your response to stress: overeating, undereating, overcaffeinating, skipping the gym, etc. Stress impacts your health and your relationship to your environment, so keep a close eye on it.



5. Practice preventive care

Besides updating your shots/immunization records and seeing your doctor for an annual physical, preventive care that you can practice daily involves sun protection and reducing your risk for obesity. Plastic surgeon Dr. Bryan McIntosh says, “UV light is damaging to skin and undoubtedly a cause of skin cancers, so sun protection is always important.” Don’t forget to wear sunscreen, sunglasses, and protective clothing (like a hat!) if you’ll be out in the sun.

Dr. Dean Giannone, a specialist in internal medicine, says, “Obesity can compromise the heart, the lungs, the liver, the knees, the hips, the ankles, the muscles, and the spine. It can affect your sleep, making you tired and inattentive during the day. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.
