If this is the first episode of urine infection, then you don't need to worry much, in the form of protection, etc. If its happening repeatedly, you need evaluation in the form of partner evaluation (whether he is the source), presence of constipation, diabetes, etc. In that case you need to take care of what is called" post-coital prophylaxis" that is care after sexual intercourse, like local wash, urination, and antibiotics in severe cases.

you should take acupressure therapy and take biochemic kali phos 3x+ nat phos 3x+ nat sulph + sillicia 12x 4tab each thrice a day with warm water, take it 5 days and consult private online.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hi apply mahavishgarbha tail on your knee joint for 1 month and then do phomentation by hot water you will be fine take following remedies 1. Sinhanad guggul 2 tab before lunch and dinner.

I am 54 years old, having pain at knee joint last few months, last two days I feel some stretch at back side of knee joint. I used to walk 3 to 4 km daily.

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikid plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Not to worry, at this fracture heals properly. Give her calcium supplements, n calcium rich food, like milk n milk products, papaya, orange, green leafy vegetables and so on.

Warm up your body before running. 4> Massage your shin muscles for 10-20 minutes. You can massage with ice. 5> Strengthen your lower legs. Ask your physiotherapist to teach you "Prevention For Runners Program" 6> Finally, have patience. Sometimes sore shins just happen and unless the pain is severe or sharp, you can train through it. Stay tough! NOTE: If your shin pain is severe, sharp, or lasts longer than a month, you should get it checked. You could have compartment syndrome." mednames="">That is termed as Shin Splints. It usually affect new runners or those who donot run consistently. It is caused by too much stress to the shin muscles. There are several reasons why you may be getting shin splints so one of these treatment options may not work for you. My recommendation is to experiment with all of these suggestions and if you can, implement them all. 1> Don't tie your shoes too tight. Doing so will restrict your shin muscles movement. 2> Avoid "three too's" - too much, too soon, too fast. Sudden increase in volume or intensity can over stress your shins making more susceptible to sore shins. 3> Warm up your body before running. 4> Massage your shin muscles for 10-20 minutes. You can massage with ice. 5> Strengthen your lower legs. Ask your physiotherapist to teach you "Prevention For Runners Program" 6> Finally, have patience. Correct posture is a simple but very important way to keep the many intricate structures in the back and spine healthy. It is much more than cosmetic - good posture and back support are critical to reducing the incidence and levels of back pain and neck pain. Back support is especially important for patients who spend many hours sitting in an office chair or standing throughout the day.
Not maintaining good posture and adequate back support can add strain to muscles and put stress on the spine. Over time, the stress of poor posture can change the anatomical characteristics of the spine, leading to the possibility of constricted blood vessels and nerves, as well as problems with muscles, discs, and joints. All of these can be major contributors to back and neck pain, as well as headaches, fatigue, and possibly even concerns with major organs and breathing.

My mother is 71 years having bp now doctors are advising for knee replacement. Please advise for alternative. Will cold larser teartment resolve this. Looking forward for your early response.

Not all patients of joint pain need surgery. Most of them can be managed without joint replacement. Physiotherapy along with medicines helps rule out diabetes, vit. Gradually develop your walking & standing stamina. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

althought the xray is normal the pain would be due to damage to the underlying cartilage which will not be seen on a xray. Ice, rest and elevation helps. once the acute pain subsides you have to do quadriceps strengthening exercises.
